It's amazing how good these cars are engineered now a days and how good the aftermarket parts are. You would think with that much horsepower you'd see a lot more sliding and accidents. It's amazing they can keep that much power to the ground and still have some traction. Also the tires are really good I wonder how much those tires cost. I thought even performance tires were usually only rated to like 130. Imagine having a blowout on a drive or steer tire at 100+ while your giving full throttle on a 800hp+ vehicle...

Nice races! Glad to finally see a foxbody with with a ford motor! Miss the good old days tho when everyone would race with a manual trans even if they had 1200whp,those were the better days
preludeF20Bking I like the ls motor but not in a ford! And yes I’ve seen coyotes for as cheap as 3300$ just for the motor! And have seen f-150 coyote motors for 2700$ ..I was gonna coyote swap my 96 cobra but I’m just gonna slap a turbo on it and see where that gets me! And like I said,for the most part I wish everyone would stop hopping on that gay auto trans bullshit!!!
Proper? No.. the 302 cast iron blocks in the foxbody’s are shit designed engines. So are the over head camshaft engines like the. Nothin but problems with them engines. I would rather have a big Lsx engine powering my fox than a coyote engine😍
Props for him to stick with a ford motor. LS swapped Fox bodies are like the coronavirus of cars. Or like tire stickers where u thought u wanted it but then noticed everyone and their uncles has em so u grew to hate them in a matter of days.
The Coyote based motors and the 5.8 liter Trinity are the best motors Ford has made in a very long time. Beautiful car. The Intec 4.6 in the Terminator, and the 5.4 are also pretty darn good.
The 5.8 Trinity is pretty stout the rods aren't as strong as the one ones in the coyote, and the 4.6 for that matter. Still they can all handle around 1000 with a good tune. Svt Baker on Instagram has a stock bottom end 4.6 making around 1300whp and has gone 8.26!
Adam Welles nah because bikes don’t belong with the big dogs. Nothing’s impressive about a crotch rocket being fast. What’s impressive is a 4K lb car going 60-180 in 5 seconds.

Adam Welles only rode twice until my best friend in high school died from riding. Never touched a crotch rocket again. Anyway.... I don’t doubt the adrenaline rush and enjoyment, Its probably amazing. I’m only speaking in what I find impressive.If you wanna go fast and can’t spend more than 20-30k then a bike is your best bet .

These cars have not dipped in value much and if you were smart and kept it (like me), these gearheads are looking for a Fox to be the next racer to build a Coyote swap Fox. That’s a bad ass set up in the fox. Now wouldn’t it be better to match it with a 6R80 ? Or is the power glide a better choice ? Depending on what the car is set up for. 1/8th. 1/4. Or Highway pulls ... if that car would of had a 680 it would be pulling hella more in the big end lol
