​@@Cssfiend A conventional civilian/hunter shotgun is actually a more effective weapon against small drones than a military assault rifle. I have already seen numerous recordings where they were used and, unlike assault rifle (of which the chances of shooting down a small mobile drone are very low), it was often possible to shoot down drones. Still hard task to do, but the chances are significantly higher than with an assault rifle.

They will not leave. I am not on Russia's side, but Ukraine should have the courage of the white flag, as the pope said. Why waste more lives? Russia wins wars by attrition, and they will not leave. They will only mobilize more and more men, and will get stronger and stronger. Russia is literally using this war as training for their troops, likely in preparation for their eventual confrontation with NATO. Zelensky truly is a delusional man for continuing this war, and is inadvertently destroying Ukraine. He could end the war, suck it up and give up lands, and have the opportunity to join the EU and NATO and bring peace to his people. But he does not, all for the delusion that they'll magically force Russia to leave.

They just came in unannounced and occupied Crimea and like a good fungal rash, never left. Then the russian “little green men”, whom EVERYONE knew were russian troops, came into Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts and suddenly just started occupying those oblasts. Again, like a stain that is hard to remove from a piece of clothing you like, the russians are still there. That’s something like 14% of Ukraine territory. Russia didn’t get that during this invasion, they started occupying them in 2014 because putin was sad that the Ukrainian people rose up against the russian puppet President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and he fled the country in fear. Ukraine sent a message to putin “we don’t want you here any more” and that is what the Maidan was all about. It wasn’t the US or the CIA, it wasn’t the UK or MI6, it was the PEOPLE OF UKRAINE. They want nothing to do with you russians. Eventually, NATO will get off its butt and kick russia out of Ukraine. And the people of eastern and southern Ukraine want that day to come very soon. It will.

Nobody here was really interested in seeing any of Russia’s successes. The Sun used to have both Ukrainian and Russian success videos on their channel, but very few people watched the Russian successes and it was causing them to lose money - so they stopped showing whatever russia did well.
