Singles can buy 2-room flexi flats across all BTO projects from mid-2024 

Singles contributed equally or more than the married ones and paid more on taxes where married ones had all the reliefs especially those with children. Like a Single person walk into a hotel, he or she is told that you can book a single bed room only as queen and king size bed room are meant for married ones. What if married couples without children after 5 years ? Government will take back their HDB flat and ask them to downgrage to 2-3 rooms flats ?

so unfortunate lo, I also waited so long for this, but I already finally got a ballot but for a super far location at bukit panjang, my elderly parents stay tpy. now my dad has dementia and is disabled I cant imagine having to run around with public transport 2 location so far... hai.. wanted to get a nearby flat so can visit my parents more frequently especially since my dad is not doing well.. but I cant apply for nearby location. sad..

Why Singles can only buy 2 room "Cheng hoo chu". 2nd. or 3rd. class citizen?.. married couples don't make babies...are they not classified as 2 singles,??hahahaha.

What abt divorcee with kids? Any subsidise and kind of help to get roof over their head faster?
