Maureen waited too long to start this process. At 38, she really needs to be above average for the requirements she has. Plus with her out of the country, there really is no reason to leave where you are to see her when there are plenty options in your city regardless of where you are in the world and top of all that, tou need to take care of her kids. You have to speak atleast 5 or more languages to work there and your homes are provided for. Well I'm older than Maureen at 43 and am divorced with a kid and have a boyfriend making about 200K but I live in DC. I think if Maureen worked on her appearance she could certainly meet a cultured man making six figures in DC.

Young women who want husbands and a family need to be serious about that in their very early twenties. The clock doesn’t stop ticking. Waiting or “being goofy” about it until your late twenties is a recipe for loneliness and “trauma”.

The irrationality of any market can continue for long periods of time, but at some point, smart actors realize the gravy train is about to stop and adjust accordingly. More and more young women will see the dating and mating landscape and realize that locking down a producer male early in life is not a detriment to their education or career aspirations.

Its all an equation. Looking at Charisma she is 28, plus, former fister parent, plus, teaches autistic kids, plus. Her love of dogs would normally be a negative with that many dogs but that but adds to her nurturing personality. She is a good candidate for motherhood. I wish her dating history and her views on relationships was discussed. Burying herself into her job is a negative as it reduces time for her date. She is self aware as she mentioned this. There are more pluses then minuses. She would be a good prospect potentially for someone who wants to settle down. I would also say, she needs to involve her father to help guide her threw the selection process. No one is free is cons. But she is a green flag. I think someone 35 plus who has a fenced in yard for her dogs would be a good fit.
