Dr. Khadar advises us to take Ambali (fermented porridge of Siridhanya) to hasten the process of healing. Only ambali needs to be kept covered with a muslin cloth and taken after four to six hours of cooking. Cooked siridhanya rice doesn't need fermentation. However grain should be soaked for six hours before cooking.

I think you should search Google and check local name of that leaves and go to herbal nursery or herbal seed seller or you can buy online and plant it at home
