I like the two power cord idea so if only one malfunctions you don't have to pay for both! Great job their design people. The other outstanding thing is that you can adjust the from the back of the machine the rollers yourself. This way you can get them precisely where your material is going to sit because you have the control. Great job design people! The ease of setup right on the machine without you having to run back and forth to the software on a computer. Love it!

I do not understand why Siser wouldn't have this cutter at 15 inches. They sell 15 inch materials so I guess you have to pay $200 dollar more for the 24 inch cutter to cur an additional 3 inches of width.

I love my Cricut too, but if Siser can match the opportunities the Maker gives you I will definitly switch to a Siser cutter.

I would put out a blade holder that had a colored stripe for 60 degree blades. This would give a visual queue to separate blades.

As for me I’d say Sunday is the 1st day of the week it helps me mentally get ready for Monday. Maybe once I retired everyday is weekend

Is it possible to die cut and kiss cut within the same action?

Just got mine Oct 18th from Michael's Canada.

Precision is the key, and you say this is very precise, so this must be the best to get, I have so many precision issues with my silhouette Cameo, it is a nightmare, so I try to avoid Print & Cut. I wish you showed the piece of vinyl you weeded out, it was the best way to see the precision. Is your printable Heat Transfer vinyl good for laser printers or more suitable for Inkjet printers?

Now for my main concern, your customer service! Is the company going to be responsive if an issue arises? If under warranty, are you going to make your customer pay to have it returned? Since this is a cost most can't afford if on a pension, which I feel is so you don't send back the problem!! Are you going to make your customer feel like they are being trained as circus performers having to jump through hoops for long periods of time before even saying send it in? Is the company going to be quick about repairing or replacing the item? I do understand you have some shady people out there that just want to get a new machine, so I do understand the need to sort this out. If the machine is sent in because you do have free shipping for damaged units and you find this to be the case, the machine will be held until the shipping costs is recovered. As this should deter scammers.

I would put orange clips instead of white and clearly make it in bold letters “remove before use” - sounds like those clips will destroy the machine if it’s turned on with them still attached the way it’s over emphasized.

What is the minimum storage I would need for a usb stick for designs. Doesn’t have to be precise but something of a ballpark figure would help!

I was wondering how large is the print and cut area for the Siser Juliet. I am currently using a Cricut and are not happy with the Limitations of the Print and Cut. I need a machine that has a larger area. Also is there a 12 x 24 mat option? And will print and cut be available for that size as well? I am looking to use it with Easysubli HTV or Easy Color DTV

Is the design software a subscription-based program? if yes, what will the monthly fee be?

How do i upload all my files/images i bought from third party to leonardo studio?Will i be able to have different file names for certain projects like i do with cricut?I tried to have a look at the leonardo studio before i purchase the machine to see if i can follow it. I have thousands of files i have purchased and don't want to loose them.

Can you do two different cuts in the same action? Such as a full pop out cut and a kisscut for making sticker sheets?

This machine is being sold for over $400. I have not seen anything on this or other videos that makes this machine that much more valuable then other popular machines. How is it with card stock

I love the look and sound of the machine but why a 12inch for that price.

How accurate are the cuts compared to the measurements on the screen? If I set up a 0.25" x 0.25" square in the program, then cut it out of card stock/acetate will it measure 0.25" x 0.25"? My Cameo 4 is all over the place with the cuts. Sometimes the width is OK, but the height is off, etc. Always have to tinker with it, resize the image. Accurate cutting is what I need, and I would buy this machine just for that. Thank you!

Is the replacement blade specific to the juliet? Can we use other blades like how Cricut can use 3rd party blades? Is it the same blade dimensions as the cricut blade?

Will Siser release a cutting plugin for Adobe Illustrator (like Graphtec or Silhouette)? It's handier to design, print and cut from Adobe Illustrator (which is way more powerful).

When is the Romeo cutter coming? Can I use other softwares such as AI, COREL DRAW, SILHOUETTE, CIRCUIT

I love my Cricut, but I really want the Juilet

I know the Siser is better than Cricket, but that's not saying much. I seems better than the Cameo. But let's address the elephant in the room. The best hobby cutter out there is the StarCraft Solo, but the software has a steep learning curve. Can someone please do a comparison video between the Siser and the Solo. If you don't do it someone will. Thanks.

To be honest I found the video very hard to watch. I am sorry but Joe please stop interrupting and don't be so loud. Every time we were trying to hear something being said you constantly interrupted honestly it felt like the Joe Show. I'm very interested to look at the machine and hear all about it, though as nice as it is, I am very disappointed because there's nothing new if you compare it to the other machines. It's not bringing anything different and to be honest without a scanner feels like it's half a machine. Well done on designing it and I'm sure it will do well and people will love it, I'm just saying to me it's not bought anything new enough to replace the machine I have (SNC). I wish you well going forward as I think this will do very well especially for those with no cutting machine.
