young or old , I love all of her voices

I have been mesmerized by her talent and beauty for several years and she keeps getting better and more beautiful. I used to think of her as a Norwegian, National Treasure, but I have changed my mind. I think of her more as a World Treasure. Her incomparable beauty and voice transcends any one nation.

@@garymoore9458 Well, by looks, Sissel's just ordinary looking for Norwegian standard. How to define a national treasure? I agreed that a national treasure neccesarily do not exclude a world treasure. On the other hand. In Norway it's no question. Sissel is a celeb and a national treasure. For forreignes it seem to me it's a priviledge to get known to the artist Sissel. It's not given simply bcoz her name is not in the same league as famous female artist. That said Sissel had a long career already and she may have come as far as she can. Probably she turned down an offer for world fame. If she did not, she may have lost herself. Sissel is different. She's ahome grown girl with the right attitude. This attitude is in her aura that mesmarize us along with her raw talent. I have seen diva's with raw talent and poor attitude. Maybe they lost themselves for world fame. Sissel is comfortable in her presence. Sissel is like an angel that comes with peace. Her voice is traffic stopping.

Yip. Anyone who turns down an offer to make their career deliberately international because it means relocation to the States and involves multi millions of dollars, but leaving their true friends & family, has to be made of the best stuff. Sissel is remarkable in that respect alone. She has foregone that to remain who she is. A decent person, lit from within.

No matter what type of hair she has. She is still in my heart. I love long and short hair of her.
