There were so many parts here that left me with my mouth open and frustration for how you were treated in the past… but the part about your sister talking crap about you in YOUR car after you paid everything and gave her airfare money so SHE could have a good trip… THE AUDACITY. I would’ve lost my mind. Made her ass WALK OR figure herself out back home and took my kid and left. It pisses me off how it’s always the kind folk who just want to love and be loved that get treated this way. Eventually we learn and harden our hearts not because we want to but because these devils can’t be given another opportunity to hurt us again. You have so much empathy and love and kindness despite all the hurt you e been through. Your family didn’t deserve you, maybe they even envied you. Our part is to love and forgive so it doesn’t stay within us and cause us pain but boundaries are healthy whether they are family or not, toxic people need to be removed from our lives!

Life has truly tried to bring you down so many times but you always stood up and continued fighting... I might not be your family but I do feel proud of what you've succesfully fought through in your life and what you have become. You're an incredible person who genuinely lives life through positive views and many might not see it that way but the bravest thing to do is just to continue living and still spreading kindness. I believe every word. I’m so sorry you went through that. I have family members that are just like that. Even my own brother. It’s sad how somebody can hate you so bad that they make up lies and twist things. But the truth will prevail. After my mom died I cut all contact with them. At the end of the day they are low life’s and I never blended in with them anyway. Spirit Im so glad you are speaking up and telling your story. You are helping so many people because for so long I thought the way my family acted was normal. Now I see that it is not normal it’s toxic and I feel at peace knowing the difference. Thank you 💕

Wow! I remember all of these stories. I took care of my niece raise her since she was a baby and I was very young. I spoke nothing but life into her when it came to her parents. Even when her parents and I were not on the best terms. My niece doesn't speak to me now (mom manipulated the situation and of course mental health) They should have spoken life into your 2 year old baby; let her know that the situation wasn't your fault. But I love the fact that you have peace about the situation. I found my peace; I love her and pray for her, but I can't have her negativity around me.

I couldn’t go to sleep bc I was watching and listening intently. Your story is truly amazing to hear. The fact that you endured severe sexual abuse and could remember it from four years old and to be humiliated in front of the same person by your own mother and family and to be beaten by her and treated like a grown woman watching your siblings early on never getting a thank you always being used it was genuinely one of the deepest stories I have ever heard. I love people to my core and that made me love you even more and I been through something very similar. Wow. I’ve been watching you for several years at this point and definitely connected with you around the time you originally told this story. I’ve lived in both Newark and the 757 and felt like I was on the journey with you cause the places and scenes you described felt so familiar…now FULLY understanding the issue with your daughter also feels so familiar. My mother and her mom had an estranged relationship and I have half siblings in my own life that told lies to my family because they were jealous of the relationship I had with my dad. I get it all, I feel your pain, and I’m glad you were blessed without the gift of clarity, for you to have your closure! Thank God, and although the ptsd from such a hard life will always permeate your progress, your life has evolved to match the true spirit you fit into. No you don’t think you’re better than anyone, but you always was on the move for a better life, out of the gutter…and who knows what your daughter may resent you for that allowed her to be manipulated so deeply BUT you tried your best and couldn’t help the things and lack of support you went through. The proof of greatness is in your younger kids, and I’m glad they have your back and keep you together. Hugs and love to you spirit. Snacks for sharing your story!

This sounds like they dealing with bipolarism Spirit. They constantly up & down like that for no reason. That’s an issue. You’re such a good person and I wouldn’t want to hang with people that want to jump me on site. Also they would’ve been in jail too…. Eff them. They would’ve felt my wrath 🤣🫠. Bless your heart ♥️

I think you had to be there for you because no one else was! The amount of strength you have makes no sense , the only thing that does is GODs strength he gave you. It's so sad that men abuse kids and women and women go against other women and girls when the same thing probably happened to them. I do kinda feel sorry for Spirit's daughter too though growing up around toxic people. Probably made her mentally unwell.

I was dying from cirrhosis my mom volunteered to care for me but I was taking care of myself . I couldn’t walk but I had to learn because all she did was fight with me on my death bed I had three weeks. She would fight with me for money. I was dying. She would just drop me off the hospital instead of staying with me. Pure evil. I lived over 3 week but lived 4 months enough for my transplant.
