Better than telly. I’m not in the building trade I fix welders for a living but I really enjoy your vids, I find them therapeutic. Always enjoyable watching a craftsman at work, even better if he’s northern 😉

I did site work 15 years ago. Rough pointing and not a care in there work it’s shocking how rough the new builds are now and still are building them rough. I work for my self now take pride in my work Never buy a new Builder

I've always worked for a company where quality had to be exceptional ! Now I'm out on site self employed want to go on price because the moneys so good but don't seem to b as quick as a lot of the other guys so its putting me off any tips on picking up speed

First of all, Stu - you're great guy, by sharing your knowledge and overall... This blocks on foundation are not good, they will take moisture, make house damp (not even isolate from ground by any barrier) isn't ??

Didn’t need to see persimmon on that hard hat to know it was a **** persimmon job. Cheap trench blocks, cheap bricks, no birdcage or safety decking, just those **** crash bags.

I know that in the USA and some other countries, prefab wooden houses are mainly built. But I think that the best house is a house of bricks and insulation. I especially like the bavarian brickwork. Hello from Moldova, here people build houses of brick and concrete and no wooden frames)
