This too, for me today, was with many difficulties, it helped some. But, as i wrote i an very challenged sail with some tensions and my lover back wants me on the floor with hope not too hard of a time getting up again.

Hi Darlene. Depends really. Generally tho I would either start or end with it. Or else do the whole class in the chair. Basically minimising the changes of location.

Excellent ! I have done the diagonal arch many times but not the second move ( same hand /leg ) this was so helpful ! This was what my body wanted to do instead of the diagonal! Thanks Colm will add this to my daily practice

@@LearnSomatics it is the same arm and leg move that is really helping , I did it twice even helped my glute medius ( I am lightly doing some activation for it )
