Colm, this is the most helpful comprehensive eye exercise ever! Believe me, I've done them all! It opens the flow of blood from my neck and eyes. Frees all the muscles around the eyes, and reduces the pressure! I haven't seen this well since I was a kid (and that was quite a while ago). The real estate of my eyes has increased! The view is great and getting better every time I engage in this somatic routine. In case you couldn't tell, I am VERY grateful for this routine you have created! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!! Are there other somatic videos you have that address eye pressure?

Heyy Thank you for this video.. this really help me to relax my eyes and neck.. My full body is tight and stiff how to release that?? Which somatic exercises should I do daily?? Pls help I have poor posture and L5S1 disc bulge and sciatica..

That is certainly a fascinating sequence, Colm - thank you for working this up and posting. I look forward to repeating this - I could feel my shoulders come up and guard in this sequence, especially in the 2nd and 3rd parts - kudos to you for being able to give us the cues while you are doing the sequence -- you are so skilled in that!

Glad you enjoyed it! Shoulders coming up is very common. That’s part of the Startle Reflex so be sure to keep that in your practice too. Ha! I often mess up on the cues when I’m recording luckily I can edit them out afterwards. Keep up the great work! 🙌
