Its really important to realign yourself with your opponent when you use Bryan's heat smash. The slow startup and terrible homing makes it hard to use it effectively. Good stuff man!
I’ve been watching u for around 2 years now, I just wanted to ask you how do I get over my fear of fighting games if you would know how to answer that? I really want to play but I’m kinda scared, I just think im intimidated by learning a whole character
🙄 Boss 🫡 Thank you for the support ❤️🫡 Now tell me what rank you’re? Asking this cause if you’re watching me you play as well right ? High rank or low ! About the fear if you say that I’m not a high rank player then I can assume you don’t know about frame data ! Look learning match up will boost your ability to face your enemy! A week ago I just got in lab and just checked the general punishment training of somewhat 10 characters I guess ! Game only gives you a general idea ! But after that when I get in rank matches ! I was like holy moly ! I can go forward.. when I don’t know the match up I’m like what’s he gonna do what’s he gonna do ! And I eat all the mixups and lose ! When you know your opponents character you easily get close to him you know what he have options in close range ! What he can do in long range ! And when you know what he has options in close range and how much they are +- ! You can easily win plus you will have no fear facing your opponent ! It’s a general instinct even in a real fight !if you don’t know what my opponent is capable of you just rush to beat him ! And if you know no he’s strong both physically and status wise (it only matters in pakistan cause there’s no law in Pakistan ) so ! You will hesitate while approaching him! I hope this helps your question ❤️
Can you show how to imrprove to do qcb1 in combos plz? I have one qcb1 combo but I can never input for him. It’s either too late the opponent is too far to hit or too early where he just doesn’t do it
That happens to me as well, a tip that I have used that has helped me though is to imagine about hitting 4 before the back input. I'm still practicing it tho 😅
Why do I see a lot of bryans use qcb+4 after a normal hit of qcb+1, even though qcf+1+2 also hits and yields more dmg? Is it cause it has better oki and consistency? That was my assumption but I wanted to get a more definitive answer.
Qcb4 is easy brother ! Qcf 1+2 sometimes miss! A lot of the times when even a single hit matters ! Qcf1+2 misses ! And f1+2 comes out :3 that’s why we bryan mains go for the guaranteed damage
I feel like Bryan wasn't really "easy" in Tekken 7 but now since they made basically every other character much easier to use, it makes it even harded to use Bryan. I lost some local tournaments against people that really only knew how to do one single combo because they kept spamming unblockables and the occasional pokes regaining their health and abusing some mechanics, while poor Bryan basically has just one homing move...
@gwdofdestruction won't happen, everyone can't stop mashing against him and keep eating 97 damage per B1 CH so it won't happen. He needs faster buttons and a better heat tho, especially with how absurdly busted deviljins is
@@Ro-fw3lc might be a hot take but, i find jet upper to be a very underwhelming tool in ranked. Often when i get the launch using jet upper, my opponent is a tiny inch away from me when hes about to move. Else way it gets blocked most of the time.
Not only is the homing terrible but your opponent can easily just jab you out of it because of how much startup it has. You’re honestly better off not using it at all most of the time.
tbf his heat smash has to be the worst in the game , but the only good consistent use I´d get out of it is like shown at 0:23 . really good to pressure if enemy has low health to finish the round . cause the lower the health the more defensive everyone is tend to play. so it´s a really good pressure tool , but his heat is better used in snake eyes moves like ff1+2 or 3+4,2 with a mixup in charge time
