Raw Sound Of The Honda Valkyrie. Enjoy the back roads of the North Georgia Mountains on this Six Cylinder Orchestra out of the beautiful Cobra Exhaust.
Finally!!! A ride along video that is edited well, doesn’t have some idiot jabbering the entire time, doesn’t have music playing over what we all came here to hear and has a skilled rider at the helm. Best video of its kind. Your bike sounds awesome.
Great clip!! WILD ride!! I had a 97 Valkyrie that I sold several years ago due to 2 BAD knees. Finally getting my knees replaced this year. I hope to get another one next, fingers crossed!
I live in Las Vegas. There's not too many places that I can ride without tons of vehicles trying to race me or speed around me. With developers knocking down mountains and razing the desert, it'd be impossible to ride uninhibited like this !!! Great video !!!
What are you getting 15 mpg?🤔🤣 I would be too! 😁 This video sold me on this bike 3 years ago. As of last weekend and a 540 mile ride home, I now have one too. Cobras on order and can't wait to rip like this too. Thanks for this gem bro! Cheers!
Thanks for letting me ride along! As a fellow Valkyrie rider, great sound coming from your bike! Also, best video I've seen. Camera steady, no wind noise, no music background. Pure enjoyment!
"Hey Honey? Is that beer cold? I have Crispy coming for a beer and I can hear him now and he said he'd be right over !" " It's been three minutes and he's getting louder" "Don't pop that top yet, I hear him over by the junction way down the street ! " " Hi Crispy, How ya doin ? No need to ring the door bell, I heard you pull up !" Man, that is one sweet sounding Six. Puts my 2014 Valkyrie to shame.
Nice back roads. Man, your bike sounds badass, that rumble is addictive! Certainly you've had tons of fun there and I liked the confidence in handling this locomotive. Superb onboard footage, shit I needed that, thank you! :)
Simply one of the best motorcycle ever built, they are so powerful and reliable it’s ridiculous, I have two of them pushing 100,000 miles and never had a break down, I use this bike for my Coast to Coast rides
Yeah man congratulations on the bike, join that Valkyrie website and you can find anything you need on there, I live in Maryland and my friend has a Valkyrie but the carbs were all clogged up from the ethanol a guy came down from Pennsylvania 6 hr drive and overhauled all 6 carbs for free, so get on there and they put on rides too
@@jamespolucha6911 - 😳 I guess I overpaid for mine. $5,000 with 35,000 miles. 1997 model. Bought it May 2021 ( a month ago). Spotless with a lots of extra parts (all original parts were saved by the first owner)
The winter is so tuff these days my Friend... My Valkyrie is just going crazy ... I wich I cold go for a ride, just like you! But seeing your videos give me a nice smile! Thanks!
Magic. This sounds like a Detroit diesel 6v53! Perfect job on the wind screening too. Just beautiful! Love the Indian tan seat color too, can't wait to get my brightwork back from the chrome shop for my 99 interstate, watching this for motivation!!!!
Hello, my new friend. Wow, this is a great and exciting motorcycle driving video. Especially, the scenery of nature is so beautiful. I am glad to be your friend on a great channel. Have a happy day. 👍👍🤙🤙🤙👌
Beautiful Bike ! I just came across your channel in my feed actually and I'm happy to support your efforts and those of other fellow moto content creators. I look forward to seeing and hearing more from you in the future, keep up the great work and ride safe out there.
New balcony owner here but love video and sound shame Honda does not make Valkyrie anymore been riding years best bike I've ever owned plenty horsepower almost no maintenance no stage 1 2 3 to make it go
Beautiful sound and this power. Maybe I will switch to Valkyrie soon. I like these colors on the motorcycle. PS: My dream came true. Five months ago I wrote a commentary on this movie, and for two weeks now I have owned Valkyria (The previous owner stuck letters with the error 😉 on the radiator grille). I found a 1999 gray-black model with 44,000 Km. Looks like new.
Sorry for the Blackout from 4:48 to 4:52. It was sopost to be wheel cam but Sony Vegas killed that in rendering for some reason. Gona look into that for my future videos.
@@CrispyTurtl3 Indeed!! that R/T is no slouch either, but the beauty is that high output 289 (unless I miss my guess). Hey, I'm seriously looking at trying out one of these - what year is yours - and that wonderful exhaust what is it? (I have a friend that is an exhaust maker, kind of a legend especially among the Honda 1100CBX owners, yamaha race pipes.. www.pipemasterexhausts.com.au/photos/ and he was impressed by the sound! Thanks for the great video, Turtle! Ben
@@unfair_potato 1997. The hot rod year. The cams were hotter and the carbs were bigger with other things. It made up to an extra 10hp than the later years. 6/6 cobras. Baffles in.
Dude, great video. Matter of fact, best I've seen. Even blippin the downshifts....nice. I assume it's a 97', fastest year and red/white color scheme prevalent. I have the exact same bike in tourer form. I am constantly smoking my friends Harleys. I love the big red beast. BTW: Where are you riding, it's a nice area.
At 71 y.o., and having been a biker since being knee high to a grasshopper, if we had a few rain free days in the U.K. I would unreservedly choose a 'Valkerie Interstate' to last me for my remainder. It's a serious looker and this bike sounds fabuluso. And, seriously, why do I run a 186m.p.h. machine? I rarely make 86 m.p.h. these days! However, U.K. weather makes the 'Goldwing' the only serious all-weather two wheel equipment. Sad. Climate change, and a speed camera every half mile, necessitates no more sports bikes. Almost sixty years of biking teaches above all 'sensibility.' ('Safety' is a given). P.S. The type of exhaust needed revealing.
@@CrispyTurtl3 I have a gopro and a insta360 camera. my first ride video will be live on my channel at 6am on may 1st 2022. Check it out !! btw did you ever have to change the timing belt on your valk? and how many miles on it?
A 200 Dollar microphone. The Zoom H2. turn it on, stick it in your pocket. www.amazon.com/Zoom-H2N-H2n-Handy-Recorder/dp/B005CQ2ZY6/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_267_img_0?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=NRKHD0EA1WH9G77HZX92
Hit your shift points higher. If I can figure out how to get this audio I'll put up a full on video myself. If I have the chance I shift at 6200-6400 with a glass pack exhaust. Sound like a F1 car. LOL. BTW you aren't tuned all the way, too much snap crack pop. No offense....
@@putitupinya They came from this guy. Website is hard to figure out what's going on but my bike had an early build of his, I have the trombones BTW. www.horseapple.com
@@putitupinya That guy is kind of a nut and long winded. On the hand hand he has doing things to his Valkyries since they came out. He has one with a turbo on it. He also has done just about every mode you could do to a Valkyrie with instructions if you look close enough. He's a member on this board. Somewhere there is a full list of what he done to his bikes. www.valkyrieforum.com/bbs/index.php/board,5.0.html
@@afterburner2869 Most of the pipes Cobra or Two-Brothers come with mufflers and you do not really need to re-jet, but if you go for K&N air filter also, I would recommend Factory-Pro jet kit or the Cobra Jet-kit (made by dynojet). I'm more fan of the Factory-Pro ones.
The way you lean into those left hand corners is so dangerous. @ 8:51 for example, if a car was coming around that blind corner you would've been fucked.
@@Feshman117 Are you kidding me? That was completely safe, he did not even push his luck during all of this. Enthusiastic and confident riding is all I see.
Don't be silly. This guy is so safe. Look at thre way he rode through built up areas, polite/high gear/noise down/legal speeds. I'd feel safe on the back, and I don't go on the back.
