The M50 Ontos in War Thunder is a Six Shooter Recoilless Rifle parachute death pyramid from hell! This little guy a Tank Destroyer in the US tech tree and what a machine it is.
The M50 Ontos is one of the most bizarre and fun vehicles to play in War Thunder. It's a two crew door wedge that features 6 recoilless rifles that can either be loaded with HEAT-FS or HESH. The HEAT-FS has over 400mm of penetration and the HESH is... well... it's HESH! :)
The guns fire as fast as you can click your mouse button meaning that you can send a swarm of chemical rounds at your intended target. It can also scout and is SUPER sneaky!
Overall, the M50 Ontos is definitely worth taking out in maps where you can easily flank enemies and take on multiple opponents at one time!
