Aragon - The attached girlfriend Boleyn - The little sister who you can NEVER put on speaker phone (Eat her choccy milk and u die) Jane - The oldest, and really the mom, gives permissions Cleves - the Braggy lil sis Howard - The youngest sister who leaves dinner early to go on a date and comes back friday next week Parr - Kinda lofi and just had a messy Breakup so she stays in room all day but super organized
@@igpayovelay2833yes and her favorite comeback is obviously “mom pays me more in allowance because I’m older than you so that also means I’m better” and “I’M NOT IN YOUR ROOM- in your room not in your room in your room not in your room”
I love Samantha Pauly as Katherine because she conveys so much emotion and every chorus she flinches more when their hands get closer because she has been accustomed to being abused. This is my favorite cast Edit: 100 likes omgggggg I’m famous Mom!
@@cuppiecupsters I do like this Howard, but I don’t like that cleaves, I’ve just seen it done better. Anne Boleyn is great, don’t get me wrong, but, her style isn’t my vibe. But yes, Howard is great.
Catherine of Aragon: *That One Chaotic Evil Sibling* (Though we love her) Anne: *The Younger Sister of the Group* Jane: *The Mom of The Group* Katherine Howard: *Middle Child* (Love her!) Cleves: *Wine Aunt* (And Proud Yaasss XD) Parr: *Cousin who cries in room and listens to 'My Chemical Romance' after a breakup*
You can honestly tell that everyone had fun working with this musical and tbh I believe them. Anne of Cleve's actor seems to be having the time of her life lol.
Boleyn and that’s Andrea Macasaet. She is a legend, she started off on the Heather’s tour as Heather Duke in 2016. I think she and Samantha Pauly (Katherine Howard) definitely should have been nominated for Best Leading Actress. Anyway, yeah, she’s amazing. She’s also Canadian which is cool, that doesn’t happen often on Broadway.
I think it was: jane=mother anne b=the middle daughter that is probs on drugs Catherine= the anut that needs wine to put up with her nieces k howard=the youngest that was given not directed by her sisters cleaves=the oldest alcoholic sister parr=the depressed cousin they all forgot they had.❤
Catherine of Aragon: The one stuck up sister who won’t admit she’s wrong Anne Boleyn: The chaotic younger sister Jane Seymour: the mother Anna of cleeves: The one alcoholic aunt that you think is a bad influence but you still love Katherine Howard:That one older sister who complains and brags constantly Catherine Parr: That one cousin that you like but no one else pays attention to
@@xxdemondreamytxx8798 true, I feel like she would be youngest trying to get attention and Boleyn is her twin (they were cousins irl so that fits as well)
Ok K Howard was used as a toy multiple times by men, Anna of Cleeves after getting divorced outlived Henry and died one of the richest women in London. Bruhhhhhhhhh also Howard and Boleyn were cousins, also if you see the Australian version of six they will say “remember us from your atar”
“there was this one really cute time when i had a daughter and he chopped my head off 🥰”-Anne Boylen bc what hurts more than a broken heart?-jane severed head -also Anne Boylen
The funny thing is:when Catherine of aragon was annes age she was fitter and when catherine was 19 anne was 9 so anne would be 29 and catherine was 49 in 1522
The queen should take the crown be the who had the biggest~ the firmest~ the fullest stuff~ load of BS to deal with from the man who put a ring on it.😁 0:53
Ok, so I know this is really niche and doesn't actually appear in the video, but the bit where Katherine is asking them all about the wives of previous kings bugs me. Specifically Henry VII's wife, Elizabeth of York. How do they not know, she was their mother-in-law!! I realise she was dead for five of the marriages, but Katherine, Anne and Jane all met her, and she was Katherine's mother-in-law twice over. They should definitely know who she was. I am aware that it ruins the joke, but, it just bugs my little history brain.
And Elizabeth of York's mom, Elizabeth Woodville, was married to Edward IV! Elizabeth of York was the only reason that Henry VIII's reign had _any_ legitimacy.
⚠️ WARNING FOR HOWARD ⚠️ Aragon: either the oldest child who tries to help everyone even though everyone is crazy or Seymour’s older sister/divorced aunt that most kids like (looking at u Anne) Boleyn: the crazy younger sister who is prolly high all the time and brags to Howard that since she is the older twin, she blows out birthday candles Seymour: the caring mother who is also sick of life. Cleves: Seymour’s younger sister/ the wine aunt that everyone loves Howard: The S.A’d youngest sister who wasn’t given proper directions because everyone was too busy with her older twin Boleyn (everyone is fighting to lock up those men dw) Parr: the middle child that everyone forgets BUT she makes up for it by fighting for abortion rights and women’s healthcare (also almost a teen mum) BONUS: (based on the historical context of the person) Mary I: oldest niece that everyone thinks is evil but instead is just misunderstood Elizabeth I: the middle niece that everyone used to forget all the time but now admires her for her work to rule the country Edward VI: the beloved youngest nephew who barely anyone outside of the family knows about Mary Seymour: Parr’s daughter who was tragically stillborn
am i the only one who hates haus of holbein with a passion?? all the other songs - amazing, could listen to them all day long, but haus of holbein- get it away from me. can't stand it.
@@anlilupin6844 no, it sounds terrible (which is very subjective, i know), they do a sucky german accent that is very uncomfortable to listen to (as a german), they throw in words/phrases like "ja/nein" (= yes/no), "das ist gut" (= this is good) or "wunderbar" (= wonderful) because... idk. i don't like it :)
@@emmamy2307 what's the point? that i have opinions that others don't agree with? thanks, but i knew that. or are you maybe saying that they meant for this song to sound terrible? (/s) look, it's okay if others like this song, but as i said - _i_ find it extremely uncomfortable to listen to because of the pronunciation and i like neither this genre of music nor the stereotype that this is what germans like/listen to all day long.
