Namaskaram Sadhguru eats just one meal a day at 4.30pm. He prefers saatvic food having high Pranic content.

Food are categorized into three parts, saatvic, rajas and tamas foods. These three types thase their different qualities. Yogic food falls in satvic food category Pranic food are those which have positive Pranic content eg.raw fruits, vegetables, nuts. 🙏🙏🙏
