White South Africans like to be fathers to their Black South African counterparts. There is a lot of subtle white supremacy in R.S.A. Apartheid isn’t completely gone. There is still some harsh subtle segregation between Blacks and Whites based on social standings.

I now understand the depth of meaning the Springboks connect to rugby, which differentiates them from the majority of other teams. Wales for instance connect our Welsh pride as the key motivation but that's not enough to compete with the deep rooted 'do or die' attitude of the Springboks, because they are providing hope not only for people struggling in South Africa but also for the whole African continent.

Siya has become a wonderful leader and inspiration for many When two of our youngsters who love their school rugby returned to South Africa from Australia, they were elated to meet Kolisi who gave generously of his time, and has become very important to them and other young South Africans The humble way he answers the questions, and the respect he has for his coach and the family atmosphere tells you a lot about the man. Siya Kolisi, from playing rugby in school in his boxers because he couldn't afford sports shorts, to being an ambassador for South Africa and Africa. There is not a South African alive who doesn't respect him. Whether they beat NZ or not, the country is so proud of him and the team. And from a father, I respect it so much to see him run to his children after almost every match.

We will have too up our game dramatically if we want to win the World Cup. We gave away to many penalties, 6:12 line outs and scrums. Pollard won that game for us. Respect to pollard. Saffa here. Gutted for England. They were immense. Watched the game in a pub in Oxfordshire, and the English team really garnered the respect of their fans back home. Hopefully this sets England up for a great building period. Six Nations is going to be great💪

Let's be real, we gave away 6 points in the beginning with two penalties we decided to forgo in order to attempt tries. So, we gave away momentum to England who kicked their penalties and so we had to fight to make up for that early over confidence. This game was ours to lose only if we messed up. England did capitalise on our early misjudgements but were, in the end, outclassed. The score should never have been that close and that was because of our early cockiness.

Yes Christopher England have a bright future - good coach and young players. Just a note why South Africa will always be strong in rugby is because of the emphasis on schools rugby - the talent pool is always being replenished. It is in-breed into them from a young age and of course our unique history where rugby binds people.

It's not luck. It's a lot to hold to win. Playing at this level sometimes calls for discipline more than anything. Discipline calls you to be calculated on every move you make especially when you see the team you are playing is threatening and have done their best to be ready for the game

Before the game started Nick Mallet and Schalk raised their concern about the forward pack and the possibility of a lack of fire. They were totally outclassed by England from the kick off. Duane, Steph, 2 x locks and the 2x props. Jacques - don't put your head in the sand. You have to make squad changes for the final. We'll done Siya. 😮

I agree with you, but the weather conditions were considerably worse than it appeared on the TV screen. It suited the English game plan and they executed those plans almost perfectly. Have to credit them for that, but ultimately, the Springboks still have the ability to eke out a result. Phew!
