Ok I did this twice. Using 7 Kg heavy dumbbells and then 4 and 5 and dropping to 3 kilograms here and there but stuck to the 7 kilograms staple. My arms are killing me. Love love love!!! These staple short workouts!!!! Wish I could afford your app. In South Africa it’s extremely expensive. But thank you for the free workouts !!!! Love these staples the most. And that 10 minute barbell I do again and again ( I am 62 but refuse to stop 🛑)!!!!!!😂
Just did this one again. Can’t stop coming back to this one. By far the hardest shoulder workout I’ve ever done in my entire life. The burn is so intense and I cannot lift my arms up 20# heavy 15# medium 10# light 🔥 5/24/23

Great workout and best comedy too: “don’t hit yourself in the masters”, “you’ll have a chest like a well-shaped arse”. Pure gold, I have to be careful not to stop the weights from laughing. EDIT: oops autoforwarded to next workout, meant this comment for the 12 minute chest workout
Went back at this one for a 2nd time knowing what to expect. Used same weights all the way through this time - heavy (20#), moderate (15#) and light (10#). It was so so so hard to complete but I managed to get through all the rounds. Shoulders are absolutely smoked tho. Best 12 mins of shoulder anyone could ever ask for 4/10/23

That absolutely TORCHED my shoulders. I went WAYYY too heavy for everything and by the end I could barely press 7.5# for the last shoulder press set. I’ll have to try this one again but with better weights for each exercises. Thanks on 🔥 🔥 4/6/23
I didn't think I would be able to finish this, but I pushed through with some lighter weights towards the end and got 'er done. Spanked me like a naughty five-year-old. Looking forward to increasing the weight in the near future. Thanks!
Excellent well done for pushing through! Was a good wee series this covering each of the muscle groups and the most recent uploads are a similar series covering each muscle group again in just 10 minutes with all being no repeats! Worth checking out also

@@TheZeusFitness I've tried following other fitness coaches on RU-vid. Either I get bored, it's too difficult, too complex, too, too, too. You strike a great balance for me. Even my 4 and 9 year old are doing the lightweight dumbbell sets. It's awesome
