In this chat with David Mashabela, Sjava speaks frankly about his views on South Africa, South Africans, love, culture, giving back and the future. This is Sjava like you've never heard him before.
Bhuti David is one of the best interviewers we have, he's a conversationalist, you can tell he's interested in people's stories and their life. It's a gift from God 👏
it took me three days to finish this coz of work in between but eveytime i came back i felt my soul re-connect with this conversation im now glued back to Sjava's music
Sjava is so spiritual, he really taps into the soul. I’m Tswana and thoroughly and fluently understand Isizulu and bhuti wami, uyathandeka and futhi so relatable. You’re such a force to be reckoned with, especially as black people. Thank you for healing us, motivating and encouraging through your music. Uliqhawe 🙏❤️
This man isn't ordinary, he's a very deep thinker, in the mould of Ray Phiri. His level of consciousness is very deep. Sjava has started a movement to remind us that we must be rooted in our traditions and culture. I love this man more. This is so eye opening.
Because of the guidance and wisdom sjava spoke with on the track linda I used that patience and power affirmations learnt from the song to get my job in Saudi I played that song over and over
Sjava is a BIG deal for Isizwe sakwaZulu and South Africa as a whole. I always look forward to the release of his music. Thoroughly enjoyed this interview. Thank you so much Mr. David 🙌🏿
I still can't get over Sjava's Vura verse. Pity he has no interest releasing a hip hop album. Such a genuine human being. So much wisdom. He speaks, it is so soothing to the soul.
David's ability to open up with his life esp. When it comes to relationships, allowed the guests u Sjava to dig deep and Unpack his honest perspective on the matter at hand.. He unpacked this mnumzane expectations to detail.. Dankie bra Dave I won't rest untill he interviews me one day

I'm still raving about Sjava's Telkom Monate 2021 performance even now. That intro was of high artistic quality. He showed up and showed out! He's without a doubt a musical genius With relatable song lyrics...
Wisdom right there!! young people should learn from this guy he knows where he comes from and where he is heading to. Very realistic individual . Listening from UK🇬🇧
Ikhandlela and Linda, I played those songs at a dark time, at the time I didn't want to hear I have to wait and ngilinde in this darkness but the time for light will come. 3 years later and the light came. When I play those songs now, I remember and I'm thankful for Sjava, your music is spiritual
David I agree with you on most of Sjava's music being romantic, that's exactly how I felt and when I realized this not so long ago I fell in love with how Sjava articulates romance. Love Sjavas music so much!
I would like to thank every platform that opens it's doors for Sjava.I'm grateful that even though the passion I had in me was conflicted due to the negative publicity that he faced , then I got the chance to listen to his side of the story and that's where I got to see his soul.I love your truth , your vulnerability , and strip your soul naked before the world , you chose transparency and you don't wanna keep your followers in limbo or in the dark about your art and yourself as an man; it Let me to believe your truth to the point where my soul agreed with your narrative.I can now confidently say that I LOVE SJAVA I LOVE HIS ART .I RESPECT EVERY OFFERING BY HIM.Sjava you're not just an artist there's more , this GIFT is above you many spirits are working together in your existance.I wish to show or express my support to you I don't know how.UThixo Uma evuma kwazi bani inoba one day siyoz'thola sise Studio sobabili.I thank you for choosing to rise up after your downfall.

This interview is so inspiring iNdlalifa is a blessing to us young generation, I like the fact He's not selling us fake fancy life but he's just being himself I really appreciate that 🙏. King David makes things very easy for Sjava to express himself 🙌.

Genuine human being. When he speaks u can tell he speaks from the heart. HOW DID LADY ZAMAR manage to get herself to accuse such a man of unproven allegations!?!?!?!?!????
Much love, light, peace and blessings to you. You are encapsulated in the divine, surrounded by love and eternally blessed. Go forth in confidence and go forth in peace. All is well Divine One 👑🕯️🙏🏽♾️💫

Sjava gets me through to everything from love n happiness 👑The man is Genius with words , Lyric content is always fire 🔥. Keep being humble and tell stories that resembles us *HUMANS*
My son woke up one day n say I don’t want school anymore. He’s home n indeed there’s nothing we can do🥺 u just have to think of alternative education if he says no it’s also u to look for work for him cos wow. Democracy killed us🤦🏽♀️if u throw him out u get arrested. See why parents are depressed lately 😢
Mam, before making any decisions just try to speak to your son and ask him what is really going on. This has nothing to do with democracy. Maybe your son is experiencing severe depression and you're unaware of it. Try to take him to a social worker/counselor or therapist. He must have a valid reason. Also, some people do not like school vele or perhaps prefer a different alternative to traditional schooling which is not a bad thing at all. Talk to him.
Phephisa Qhawekazi, I pray you managed to find help for him (counselling, life coaching, online school options). Kube kuhle kuwe njalo, kwande, UJehova unawe Qhawekazi eli namandla 🙏🏽🕯️♥️🙌🏽
Sjava spoke about starting afresh how difficult that it is, I can relate after finishing my Degree and worked for few years and I had to start a new Degree because I wasn’t copying and the journey hasn’t been easy….
@@DinoRenald I had to be honest with myself because with the one I had done the was no possible GROWTH, low income, but I thought the journey was gna be sweet and cute of which it was the opposite, at least am almost done, now am doing PostGrad in one of the highest paying professions in SA
All the best with your new career path... Please focus on building a support network for yourself (inclusive of family, friends, fellow professionals/students in your field, connect with relevant professionals within your space & use the social platforms to market yourself and skillset - LinkedIn, etc.). Stay open and flexible in your approach, kuzokhanya. 🕯️👑🙏🏽✈️
I want Sjava to know ukuthi nami nganginayo inkinga yokucikwa uthando the same way as yena. Our stories are so similar because I get along with some of my exes too. Bafo, Makhulukhulu, don't be ashamed ukuziveza your weaknesses. Someone out there will love you for them. Right now I am dating someone who loves me unconditionally though I was brutally honest about my inadequacies as uHlanganani wakwaMdibi. You will need to work on your inadequacies though. Tell her to understand ukuthi you have a toxic habit of rejecting uthando lwangempela. It worked wonders for me and she loves me not because I am perfect because ngyamchazela about my inadequacies and work on them. Goodluck, godspeed mfo kaHadebe.
Profound interview and so insightful. What a gift, umphako wempilo esizo buya kuwo njalo. So many nuggets of wisdom and healing, so relatable and authentic. Addressing real life, daily human issues and challenges. He is so gifted, a lighthouse for this generation and future generations will continue to look to his light. I appreciate this platform King David Productions team, thank you so much. Makwande, kukhanye, kube kuhle kini nonke. #The King's Table 🐐 🙏🏽👑🕯️🙌🏽
