SJCAM SJ6 Legend 4K WIFI Action Camera - SnapChick Review 

Hey snap chick, I was also sent one of these cameras to review and really did like it compared to many of the others I reviewed. One thing that is worth mentioning, unless you turn off the front screen, the battery life will be greatly decreased. I couldn't understand why the battery was dying so quickly until I saw the setting. Now battery life is actually pretty good. I am currently working on a review or I should say comparison to the akaso ek7000. People love the akaso but after reviewing some of the footage, I can tell you this camera is superior. This camera also has a bit rate setting that allows you to shoot at twice the bitrate of the akaso. Anyway, good review.

Just purchased one of these and its PERFECT! Great size, even better price! Video quality is 8 out of 10 (which is more than enough especially for $140) but the sound is rough at high speeds. Other than that, this is the best camera I own and highly recommend it to beginners and small time enthusiasts!!

I bought the SJCAM M20 for a trip to Cuba and was really impressed. I also had a sony action cam with me from a friend, and for my needs, the M20 was just as good! Especially under wather, the M20 was way better. The Sony cam really struggled to focus at all, the M20 was always perfectly sharp. Turned out that the waterproof housing of the sony cam has a spheric cover over the lens and that was the reason it couldn't focus. Long story short: SJCAM is amazing to me, I would never buy another actioncam.

Awesome video I have an SJ6 legend and I keep getting lines across the screen in low lighting situations it's transferring to my RU-vid videos which is extremely irritating

Out of curiosity, what is the camera you're using to record this? It's got a very clean look. I'm guessing DSLR because the background is out of depth? Or is that just an image backdrop?

I bought this camera but battery standby time is very low and only about to an half hour non stop recording @720p what should I do to improve battery standing

Great review. One thing i wanna ask is? (From a new vlogger like me), is the audio quality of sj6 legend good?

Mine stopped working in less than a year. It does not turn on without the charger. Before that, ​it performed well.

My SJ6 Legend chops my vids into three minute (or shorter) segments despite having turned 'loop' to the 'off' setting. Any remedies, please? Thanks. Atb 👍

Revolution : 720p 60fps / 1080p 60fps Sharpness : normal Fov : wide White balance : auto Video file format : mp4 Gyro : low Ev : -1/3 This is the best setting i got very beautiful footage.. Remember do not set to high sharpness because it's ugly footage.

That's funny...the actual cam can only do interpolated 4K video (not true 4K), and at 24fps? I've read the specs and reviewed the hardware, such as it's panasonic sensor info. I'll pass, even at this price point. I'm happy that you were able to find usable video with clarity. My neighbors SJ6 resolution, even with 1080p at 60fps, is soft and just not that appealing. Just an opinion, of course...

Which camera you are using to shoot this video

she uses​ Nikon d810 but when it comes to action camera she chose sjcam over go pro

@TheSnapChick..... B&H sell the Yi 4K which is the best quality action cam on the market, it uses the latest Sony sensor and records 4K for over 2hrs on a single battery. SJCAM's are junk that oftern end up in the bin. There is also a new Yi 4K+ which does 4K 60fps. If you don't mind spending a little extra mony the Sony FDR X3000 has optical (not digital) stabilizer that work fantastic & also over 2hrs on a single battery.
