SketchUp - Tutorial for Beginners in 10 MINUTES! [ COMPLETE ]

Cnrl + N + Z to undo an action or modification. Esc to undo current action. On right panel, graduation cap is instruction; glasses manage visual aides and effects; stacked blocks are ready-made components; snap board is the views panel for standard perspective views; set precision/units of objects from "info i"; 3D shapes is to preview objects in different styles; apply materials with "entity info" (top). Raising cube (looks like stamp) symbol has push-pull for dragging 3D objects; follow me for dragging a 3D using a separate 2D shape, and offset tool. Visualization tools are on the circular ribbon (orbit). Feet are previews from human perspective. To edit object component, select, then use "move" cross arrows. To edit entire object, select using arrow to draw box, then right click and "make group". (Or click and drag from right side to encompass entire object.) To edit ready-made component, right click and "explode". Rotate by fixing main rotation point and then angle. Use Cntrl+X, C, or V to cut, copy, or paste.

This 10 minutes covered Everything my 3 credit hour class taught me in using SketchUp. So Helpful! Yes, we were given models to edit and create, but The ESSENTIALS I should have learned on day one were included here. Thank you for the quality content. I will be using this channel for similar software in the future.

Thank you for making this. I've yet to go through the tutorial but from what I've read in the comments I'm very excited. I'm a fashion designer and will be graduating this April 2022 and this program was not apart of the programs we tend to use but I feel like it would be a great addition I can learn on my own to enhance my digital design skills as for visual merchandising it will be perfect... For display layout illustrations

It's a pretty cool and Very basic tool, for those who have no real 3D design (from scratch) and development skills; such as using Maxon Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender, etc ... . What I'd like to know is, can you/I import any 3D graphics and/or animations, you've/I've already created (using Maxon Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender, Daz 3D, etc ...)

কেও এত সমবেদনার সহিত ভুল সংশোধন করে দেয় তা দেখে আমি অভিভূত ও মুগ্ধ! স্যার, আমি কম্পিউটারের বেসিকও জানিনা পেশায় আর্টিস্ট, আমার চ্যানেল দেখলে পরিষ্কার ধারনা হবে, আমি গ্রাফিক্স, 3D এ্যানিমেশনের কাজ শিখতে ও করতে চাই প্রথমে ভালমানের পিসি 100k কিনে কাজ শুরু করবো নাকি 20k পিসি দিয়ে আগে কাজ শিখে তারপর 1 বছর পরে ভাল মানের পিসি কিনবো? নাকি প্রথমেই 100k পিসি দিয়ে শুরু করবো ধারনা দিবেন প্লিজ। বস্তুত আমি জানিওনা গ্রাফিক্স, থ্রীডি এনিমেশন শিখতে কতদিন সময় লাগবে, আমি পেশায় যেহুতো আর্টিষ্ট হাতে যেকোন ছবি আঁকতে পারি তাই মনে হচ্ছে এ কাজ শিখতে হয়তো ১ বছরের মধ্যেই কিছু ধারনা হবে। আমি আপনার পরামর্শের অপেক্ষা থাকলাম, ভাল থাকুন অনেক ভাল যেন আপনার মাধ্যমে বাংলাদেশের বেকার স্টুডেন্টরা নিজের দূর্বলতাকে স্ববলতায় পরিনত করতে পারে, শুভ কামনা নিরন্তর।
