Sebastian was full of life, so what if he was impulsive id bet he was fun to be around. The band was good, even though he may never have written many songs in the band, it was his singing and looks and charisma that got skid row so famous, bet half the fans just loved seing Sebastian because he was so sexy, Scotti is cute too, but when Sebastian left it just wasnt the same, he was like their trademark. And his voice was incredible, he gave so much of himself when singing. I cant imagine any one else singing the songs he did because there would be no comparison.
misstiqee actually except for the first album.sebastian helped write 5 songs on the slave album.the ones he helped write on were some of the best songs on the album.wasted time,slave,in a darken room, mudkicker, and beggers day which is on the ones that don't have get the fuck out on it.on the subhuman album he had 4 on that,firesign,beat yourself blind, Eileen,and face against my soul.but your right he was one of the biggest reason why the got big.i think they would have still made it but not as big.the old singer wasn't bad at all, actually hearing him do 18 and life, remember you,and like three other ones.it was still pretty Fuckin good.sebastian brought the songs to a whole new level.qish they would just get back together.if not still got Baz putting out some good albums.the angel down album is way better than any skid album they put out since the break up
Black Death 1347 mudkicker isn't on subhuman.i actually think that album is better than the first one.the main reason it didn't do that good was the fact that they really didn't promote it very much.plus they were being rushed by the company to get it done and out fast as possible.skids since haven't had anything good.sebastian has put out some pretty good albums.angel down is just unbelievable and so under rated.kicking and screaming is pretty good.if you haven't heard angel down tho you have to get it you'll thank me later

Sebastian Bach was very beautiful back then, but, unfortunately, he is not aging well. Whereas Rachel Bolan of Skid Row, who is 2 years his senior is aging better. It all comes down to the skin type. If you had very fine skin in your prime like Seb, you're more likely to wrinkles while aging.

Skid Row was a great band from NJ when we were all younger! You can see the jealousy over Sebastian by them, but some more so in many interviews. Sad. That's a shame they all had their own musical talents and good looks and their band made a lot of great music together! Sure they, like a lot of bands, had their own character traits and wild rowdy moments each... Sebastian's Bach's vocals were top notch beautiful, gorgeous beautiful face and hair, natural charisma and Great lead singer frontman starting at such a young age! Don't most people get attracted to the lead singer!?! A great lead singer makes it all the better! Sure other bandmates too are looked at and appreciated, but the lead singer is the showman mainly or mostly singing all of the songs, and @sebastianbach still has it! NJ misses him! Maybe he'll come back to his old home area here by us in NJ! It would be nice if they all joined for a reunion tour and put aside decades old feelings, and get on with it and just Rock together and have Fun! Would have loved 💘 to meet Sebastian, love his smile and sense of humor! Very funny and talented! He was AMAZING on the TV show Sing Your Face Off portraying Freddie Mercury, Lady Gaga, Willie Nelson... He should have Won! Not many singers could have pulled that off like he did!! This was actually in ‘89. I was at the gig, they were opening for Motley Crue. One of the best gigs from a supporting band I’ve ever seen. Bach literally blew me away!

Rachel is doing the right thing for the legacy of SR by not allowing Sebastian back into the band. if you only were made aware of the situations, scenarios, incidents with Sebastian and his very, very childish behavior. you yourself would refuse to tour with him, travel with him, record with him and more. Sebastian is only to blame for not being in the band anymore. he wore out his welcome in SR and i'm glad he has not returned.

Sean, you might be correct about everything. I don't know the members of the band personally and never worked for them. What I know I read online or hear in interviews. SR has made it perfectly clear they have no desire to re-hire Sebastian and for many, many valid reasons. We can "beat a dead horse" by going over the reasons but I don't think that is necessary. The members of SR today and very happy not having Sebastian in the band. They also seem to view their happiness as a main priority because to be honest, when Sebastian was in the band, he created a day to day "hell" for the other 4 members because Sebastian is very, very immature. As for the songs and what the band has written since 95, does it really matter? If Sebastian rejoined the band, do you think SR would write great songs again? I don't think so. They are no longer capable because they no longer have that passion/desire that took them to the top of the mountain or the #1 spot on the charts. And I think SR is content with that. Its 2016, not the golden age of "hair metal".

Rachel Bolan is my favorite in the band. I like his sense of humor and he seems the most approachable. He also seems real and not the rock star persona!🤔😏😌

Dokken is good, but warrant is also an amazing band. Yes cherry pie is a dumb ass song, and even the vocalist of warrant said before he died that he wants to shoot himself in the head for ever writing that song. The album wasn't even supposed to be called cherry pie. That was the label's doing. The label is the reason that song was played as much as it was. The grunge era should have never happened, it killed good fucking music. You saying no more cherry pie, well your wrong. This band was so good. The debut was a solid rock album, STTG was even better and what a move to make a leap towards heavier stuff! Some songs were straight trash metal on that album. Loved B-Side ourselves! As a matter of fact just today got it as cassette in mail, so i only need to get the vinyl now. But anyways that record had some GOOD covers on it! Loved the diversity on that album: Kiss, Hendrix, Ramones... Skid Row was better than they are given credit for.
Not a fan of Bolan these days. Needs to drop the ego, and get the original members back together. Love or hate Bach, but without him their not nearly the same band.

Rachel speaks about Who and their comebacks, saying they messed up their legacy by not just quitting when the time came. Well Skid Row today aint even a shadow of its former self... Only in summer and mainly in Europe they get to play for thousands of people... In the winter they just tour in US in different bars & venues that barely pack 500 people... The band has had its other foot in the grave for over 20 years. Dont even know (or care) whos their singer now. Its a fukin shame because Skidrow (Skid Row of 1987-1996) was 2nd best hard rock act from LA after GnR, and one step abowe another good rock band of that scene: Faster Pussycat. Mötley Crue, GnR, Skid Row & Fast Pussycat were the four GOOD bands that that fakeish LA glam metal scene spawned, rest are shit.
