Yellow section can't change altitude unless it does a cruise order.

The explanation of which number applies to 109s vs. 110s for escort exit is underneath the inbound vector track on the board.

Yeah thanks Tim, I notice this later. Cheers.

Altitude blocks are irrelevant in lost contact.

Yeah I eventually realise this. Cheers.

Theres no tally ho. You have already made contact with the bomber formation. It's the squadron marker you move, under the vector markers.

Right. It specifies that it only applies during the Raid Vector Sequence. It should say adjacent zone instead of adjacent station (i.e. deep, middle, or coast).

I don't quite understand this. What does this mean? - "It's the squadron marker you move, under the vector markers." and this seems to suggest to me that you have an option to move adjacent or change altitude "If you prefer not to perform contact or can’t, or if the Raid marker is not yet on the Raid track, you may spend 1 Fuel to move the Squadron formation marker to an adjacent station or change altitude (not both)." Now don't get me wrong, I'm sure your right, its just I need better understanding of what's going on 🙂Cheers.

@grantos9943 Grant. You have made contact. Tally ho is used as Tim says in the Raid Vector Sequence.... the one at the top left on the Sequence of Play, when you move your 'Squadron' marker from Deep to Middle to Coast or climb. If you get flak on a vector chit, you have a choice. Eg move from Deep Zone to Middle Zone. Climb to High altitude.... not both. If your squadron was at high altitude in same or adjacent zone it could attempt to make Contact.

@@grantos9943 Tally Ho is only possible during the Raid Vector Sequence (i.e. prior to making contact with the bombers). The moving adjacent and changing altitude applies to your squadron marker, which at this point would be positioned in one of the three zones below the inbound vector track (either deep, middle, or coast). Tally Ho gives you the option to either move the squadron marker to an adjacent zone (e.g. from deep to middle) or change altitude. Once you have made contact and your squadron marker (or flight and/or section markers) is on the interception map, Tally Ho is no longer an option.

Try it this way. You normally move the Squadron marker during 4 Vector. If flak appears it gives you the chance to move out of sequence. Either Squadron moves to next zone, climbs or attempts contact.
