Nice informative series. Some of the on average sales are February (US are starting to get their tax returns) end of May and first of June (kids are getting out of school for summer) and Black Friday. There are more but those have always been reliable sale's times.

I only like my Garbanzo's in Falafel and Humus. :) anyways. like your vids. After playing Eve on and off for 14 years, im actually considering going dual box just for skill farming. My main just passed the 80 mil mark so i'll be stacking those injectors till the next Injection Augmentor comes along. cheers

im finding out that making a account just to farm skill points is not feasible with out paying for game time .your skill points are caped at 5 mill and any thing you put in the training q will not train.the only way around this is to collect the login rewards and add those to the pilot once you have 500,000 you can add so you can use the skill extractor . it seams a free to play pilot cant be a skill point farm. witch is good for the game i gesss but super bad for me. i have made 21 new accounts and wasted 5 months to only find out i cant add more skills to my training q

Maybe I missed it, but I never hear how many accelerators and injectors you use? Is it 1 a month 1 a week?

One SP farm can generate about 4 injectors per month, or 5 with accelerators. However, the expert and master at arms accelerators are too expensive to justify using them on SP Farms. So, I only used cheap accelerators from live events when they are available. My main dudes are now all over 80mil, so I no longer feed them injectors, but accelerators. I try to keep them boosted non-stop. I make enough money where cost is not the problem, so my main issue is getting them and the boosters into the same location so that they can use them. Which is kind of annoying since I'm very nomadic and Niarja is now part of pochven.

Maybe I missed it I haven't actually watch the whole video yet I have seen this video before but have you talked about the master-at-arms accelerator also recently within the last week or so since last weekend skill injectors have gone up significantly in price I bought a couple at 830 million and now they're around 890 million in Jita Also my main accounts I have one other character on there and I've had for years and I've trained him a few times but I've just started training him on a regular basis I still have one free slot on my main account from this video what I can tell is that I should add another character on my main account fill up that slot and trained him because I also have an alpha account that I made when it first came out and I was training it and I just quit Eve all together for like 2 years and now I'm back into it. World of Warcraft is over for me so yes I've missed two years of training that I could have just had it running while I was playing World of Warcraft but I didn't do that but anyway now I'm trying to play catch-up

You have written you used 12 standard and 1 extended accelerator to boost full 30 days. And all together only costs you 176million isk ? Or i am seeing something wrong here ?

Booster prices will vary between events due to differences in drop rates. Frequently, they have been that affordable. Unfortunately, however, accelerators were much more expensive during operation permafrost.

Yeah, I shut down my farms. I still have extractors left, but ran out of MPTC's. I'm hoping that prices of pilot services items will fall back in line with pre-absolute injector prices, and that this won't be the new norm. So, we'll see.

Well, running farms for self injection has become much more expensive, and my mains are all over 80 mil sp, so I shut them down. I've been stockpiling wealth in the hopes that I could buy a bunch of MPTC's when the next sale came around, but I'm still waiting. However, I will be starting them back up in a month or two regardless of sales, because I want to have a nice little stockpile of injectors just in case CCP gives away absolute injection augmenters again (they would certainly make it worth the effort). Regardless, it's still doable, I just recommend a higher income so that you don't burn yourself out. Nowadays, I'd recommend a 100 to 150 mil / hr isk efficiency. I know it can require a lot of work, but you can also pack on quite a bit of SP if you're still in the lower penalty brackets. Just, be careful not to burn yourself out.

@@ABadShowForBadPeople Thanks for the great response! I'm about the 60mill SP mark myself so only getting 300/500k self injecting. I'd be inclined to keep injecting until 80, but it's just too inefficient after that. I'll give the SP farming a go anyhow, as putting some effort in might get me thinking more about the industrial/economic side of the game, which I've never really dipped into.

You'd need to be more specific. Based on the price, I'm assuming you're talking about Small Skill Injectors -and yes, they currently sell for about 175mil. If you're still an alpha, you can use the daily alpha injectors, which are currently selling for an affordable 57mil. They also offer a much better isk to SP ratio. And finally, there are the large injectors. They are quite pricey, but usually offer a better isk to SP ratio than the small injectors. Anyway, the price of small and large injectors have yet to recover from recent release of the Absolute Injection Augmenter, so they are quite high. Thus, now isn't the best time to buy small or large injectors, or to start an SP Farm for that matter. However, Daily Alpha Injectors have been cheaper, but they're not priced too bad right not. Also, check out EveMarketer. It allows you to see prices around new eden, and it even allows you to add items to a quickbar, just like you can do in eve. Yeah, I am not a big fan of respecing. I like having various tools at my disposal (for new events, new PvE content, and old content that's new to me), and I don't ever have to worry about balance passes or changing doctrines. It allows me to easily adapt to the ever evolving meta. Besides, extractor costs and injector penalties make cost of respecing about the same order of magnitude as adding SP. At that point, I'd rather add to my tool box, than swap some things around. (Oh, and I have on occasion switched ships for no other reason than to try something new :) The one exception to this would have been when the absolute injection was active, as it dropped the cost to respec down to just that of the extractors (well, and the booster itself, but relatively speaking, it might as well have been free). But even then, my primary goal was to further expand my options and polish skills for the things I could already fly. Of course, I' also a bit of a completionist. I won't be satisfied until I have perfect skills for everything.
