great vid i almost did straddle planche the other day and i fell lol but i cant do handstands yet although i am going to my gymnastics first session tommorrow because i have been doing calisthenics and street workout for almost 7 months now from not being able to do a chin up to be able to do front lever almost do straddle planche and 5 muscle ups

Your videos are awesome and very helpful. For major still rings skills and holds how would you recomend training your muscles to get that strength, like with body weight, weights, or partner spot? What is key for rings strength?

Question - I've always thought of maltese as an advanced variation of top planche, but when I met Jake Dalton he said he found maltese easier to 'lock into' and balance. Which of the two do you find easier?

Nile pls answer what do you think of the lazy straddle planche to handstand. would it be helpful to get the straddle planche or do you think do in negatives is Goin to help the most or will both help
Do you think the muscle-up is a bad move in general? Because it can hurt you although you are doing perfect form? Same people say it is a bad exercise and some people say it is great, what is your opinion? I personally get a little pain somewhere next to my elbows... it does not feel good and it only comes when doing the muscle up.

How long did it take you to progress from Tuck planche to Straddle planche? How many seconds should i do the tuck planche? How many sets? I have been trying to get into the straddle , but its really difficult. I only could do straddle lifts for now, negatives wise, its hard to hold the straddle position.
Nah,handstand push ups does not help in terms of planche training but your overall strength.I recommend you to start with planche lean and first make sure that you can do more than 20 normal push ups with perfect form.
me too thats why i can see how ure that type of guy who have an horrible planche and talk a lot xDD ure nothing for everyone i guess, dont do the badass, just train and respect.
