I really like this film. I first saw it on Shudder in April while recovering from cracked ribs and I didn't move for 100 minutes. I picked up the Blu Ray and have watched it multiple times since. It demands complete attention; any distraction like a phone or tablet will ruin it, as will watching it in a bright room or with others. It needs to be seen in the dark my oneself. I catch something new each time. I have an idea about what's going on; my 'read' on it if you will. Still, there are a couple of things that don't hold up in my take on it and I continue to watch it to parse out more and more. Thanks for this review and know that there are others who feel as you do.
This one worked for me watching it alone on my laptop in the middle of the night but I rewatched it on the blu ray on my 65 inch screen and I think I ruined it for myself cause the experience was the complete opposite
