I found this interview to be very authentic and informative especially hearing from the Creator directly- it is such a breath of fresh air to have transparency with a medical device. I am what you would consider the absolute most difficult consumer / patient because I ask a lot of questions and I have a very high bar for the products that I use especially face products . I had never heard of Dr Gross until a couple weeks ago on a Facebook ad for their lip led. I struggle with thin skin around the mouth so I ordered the device. I have used it maybe five times and I can already see significant Improvement around my entire mouth. That is unprecedented for any device or product that I have ever used. I am 43. Very fit active. I had a gentleman the other day ask me what I was majoring in at college. I laughed and said that was about 20 years ago. Oh my goodness to say that out loud is crazy. Anyway, I can personally vouch for the lip led. I have not used any of their other products but I am interested in the full face mask. I bought my mother the Omni face mask for Christmas and although she likes it, she has not seen dramatic results. I'm thinking about buying her this one for this upcoming holiday so we can test both devices. I really like the smaller lip one because I can use it multiple places- I've also been using it above my knee area for the creepiness that's starting to show. It's small enough that I can really Target that area. my advice to Dr Gross is don't ever get too big headed. Consumers really like to hear from the Creator and they really appreciate authentic genuine transparency!! Ladies and gentlemen this is a good product!!!
If I have the face LED mask, do I need the eye mask and lip mask, too (for red light, anti-aging)? Or does the face mask cover everything? If not, why not make a face mask that covers the whole face instead? As I've understood it, you should not overuse LED light, so if I use both the mask, the eye device, and the lip mask, that adds up to 9 minutes instead of the recommended 3 minutes.???
What if someone had LASIK eye surgery, and their eyes are sensitive to light, would they be contraindicated to use the face LED mask ? Also, which medications are contraindicated? Accutane?
Dr. Gross, I just bought all 4 LED devices from you. My very important question to you is this: my eyes were damaged years ago from a chemical where I developed traumatic cataracts…I bought the eye mask and Face Mask…I am using both every day. Should I use them every other day to give my eyes a rest? I so hope you can spare some time to answer me. My eyes are sensitive to light where headlights at night bother me unless I wear yellow lens glasses. Thank you
Hello! I am not an expert but I think you should close your eyes to avoid further damage, i have been using the LED face mask for 7-8 weeks straight and I think it damaged my eye sight 😢
