Id argue against that. The top IFBB pros can get a pro-level physique even without roids. Look at Ronnie Coleman for example. Kai Greene. Phil Heath. Its all down to genetics.
@@danreddits3796 my genetics were not good, and I still gained an awesome physique💀 little dude stop making excuses and get off the couch and lift weights bozo
Well it's not even a secret, everyone know your muscles will getting big or increase 20-30% of the size after pump or doing constant hard work such lifting something, ect While steroids will increase 70-80% of the muscles size You should know the difference, sure steroids give more increase, but it's dangerous for your healthy and the effect duration is to low. The next day you'll look skinny again lmao
some once said to me "the best achievment in fitness is when you looks skinny when you have your cloths on but then everyone shuts up once the shirt is off"
@@alejandroperez5368 by those standards, u would also count someone that only runs and has never touched a weight. Fitness is about being fit, not just big or small. To really be into fitness you have to do both other wise it's just one way or the other
He's a fitness model, so he should look like the 3xzoomed, pumped and flexed. And if he does then "he's on steroid". If he's doesn't then "lmao do you even lift bro? Fitness model my ass".
People that lift recognize a guy that lifts. People just like to talk trash on social media but in person I am positive this dude gets hella compliments for his physique all the time.
lmao at first I thought you meant that you yourself talk shit online but are nice irl "people like to talk trash on sm but in person I am positive" and I didnt read further at first 😂
Tbh, that has nothing to do with being small or big. I know for a fact someone who lives in his mom's basement and just opened a pack of chips commented that exact same thing yet they are 2x bigger than the guy in the video. Most of them are fat as hell but don't leave out the 0.1%.
@@Elfhelm What are you on about LOL? I'm natty at 83kg bw 18 inch biceps and a 60kg strict curl pr with 120kg + grip strength. I'm quite literally an elite dw about that. I'm only here to educate yall
@Adam Madam over 60 if anything, after 30 it's hard to begin but if you begin at 30 you are stupid, at 50 you stop improving, at 60 you start declining
Most people don’t understand this, they keep accusing me of Photoshopping my photos. Thank you for highlighting the simple fact that camera angles and postures can change the way you look in photos. 🏋🏽
@@richardmenz3257 you're also ignoring the fact that the fitness industry is full of liars who pretend to be natty when they're not or photoshop their photos.

@@matarooni_ not really, since you can only discredit the work you did, I would love it if someone called me steroid, it's like someone calling me a cheater of beating them in a game. It only hurts if I am cheating
I hate how people thinks taking steroids is wrong and doesn't need hard work when you take one.Whats wrong is claiming they're natty while on steroids. That is very wrong planting bad influence on people especially in social media causing muscle dysmorphia among people especially teenagers.Otherwise being natural or on steroids has their own pros and cons.
@@baldyolk there are only aesthetic pros for being on steroids, other than that its all cons, including hair loss, increased cardiovascular risk, infertility and liver damage, to name just a few. Taking steroids is wrong, similar to eating a junk food diet or smoking
This is how I felt when I saw my geeky chemisty lab Partner when he took his shirt off! I wanted him to do terrible things to me! He went from skinny boy to pure muscle! I was shocked!
Remember the Angel Beats episode where one student told the npc teacher that he always looked skinny in clothing. Then rips his clothes off to show how buffed he was lol.
You can’t win when it comes to how others see you. They will always find something wrong or a reason to put you down. The only thing you can do is recognize and be proud of what you’ve accomplished. At the end, if you’re happy with who you are, that’s all that matters. Believe me, I have to tell myself this everyday. A childhood of being teased and bullied for being too skinny affects you for the rest of your life.
The people judging are so set on being mediocre that they're unhappy and want you to feel the same. They're jealous it's all it is, I've dealt with this with my fitness journey when I finally got "massive" they went from "you're too skinny stop going to the gym" to "you should get a better job mine pays way more than yours".
In INDIA a metaphor is there : Kuch to log kahenge logo ka kaam hai kehna.... Meaning: People will surely say something (crap) , it's their nature to poke... You are doing a great work brother Lot's of love from INDIA 🇮🇳 ♥️
This is very educational. The video feels very scientific and gives clear comparison on perspective and nuances the opinions of viewers on factors affecting muscluar look.
It’s only the bodybuilding crowd (roidheads) that craves for anything bigger. Not even appealing to the opposite sex or the general public, nor athletes in other sports
people wouldn't have the guts to say those things in your face, also because everything you show us is true. Your videos helped me to go through pandemics and get in the best shape I've ever had. I'll always be grateful and I'll recommend your videos to everyone
Its actually impressive the way you pointed out the strategy of many social media influencers and body builders that they just change the angles of photos and show a fake transformation journey.... It actually works, because when you use an ultra wide camera while clicking photos, you try to cover more and more areas, and the main intention of clicking the photo is capturing huge pieces of land or monuments or many people in a single frame, so it's usually not appropriate for clicking a single human picture.... The angles are not good, and also the body proportions are not accurate either.... Even the main lens is made for clicking a little wider shot than the real necessity.... The telephoto lens does the perfect job of handling the natural proportions and making things look exactly how they are
It's sad that you even felt the need that you had to explain this because of the negative commenters online, who really don't have the best intentions, but only desire to criticize, condemn or complain about progress in all forms. Good for you, you put in the work and got the results you are happy with, keep rising above those that want to pull you down. I truly believe that positivity can become contagious.
That’s cool how you showed the camera effects. Well represented my friend..the tricks people use for self loathing. As far as your build, we’ll done, you didn’t make yourself look like you’ve been locked up for 5-10 years.. you look healthy!
Love clips like this really puts stuff in perspective. I've seen a hand full of the Instagram fitness "influencers" much different in person without the preparation for photos
I didn't discover this fitness influencer trick for the first 6 months of my workout journey (I only watch RU-vid no social media) as a result i kept looking at guys my size and thinking damn they're huge and checking their weight until i accidently ended up looking like them without the angles and lighting because I thought i had to just get bigger 💀
Brother, this is a pretty awesome video of you showing how camera tricks, lighting, and a variation of other things can be used to change the look of a picture. Thanks for posting.
