LD50365 is a favorite of mine for home mods, and some great home mods. This homestead is completely buildable only. It came out fantastic and I am loving it. I do suggest 2 things if you use this mod. First thing to build is the outside vendor stalls, and secondly the vendors. After that, build the main home so that you can spawn another cheat chest of building items. Since you will need gold, save up or add in the mod Bling Boxes to help with money. Otherwise, install, build and enjoy a really great home for your game.
