Well they were implicated in the death of his other son Grant Honestly, Jericho and Grant were treated better by Slade in the comics. Original run of the Judith contract ( Jericho was the Judas for Wilson's family and Tara was the Judas for the Titans. Oh and Tara was just a psychopath who actively wanted the Titans destroyed. I do prefer the comics in some aspects like the Titans origins like Starfire in slavery, Cyborg experimented on by his father and Beast Boy losing his family as well as being an actor. The team from the show also literally wouldn’t have happened without Raven, since she created the team to combat Trigon after the Justice League refused to due to Zatanna sensing evil magic from her. They also had more members. However the show is really good and by far one of if not my favorite DC show, despite being more simple in comparison it definitely had the right amount of complexity for an engaging story for any age and I love it dearly. Seasons 2 and 4 are my favorite in the whole thing.

Late but to answer your question .. the reason why Slade doesn’t leave the Titans alone is because he blames the death of his son, Grant, on them. Deathstroke has 3 kids (Jericho , Rose, and Grant), with Grant being the oldest who decided to become Ravager (the original before Rose takes the mantle) and proof to daddy that he can be an assassin and his own man. Grant takes a contract to off the Titans. Shit goes bad and Grant dies by total accident. Not the Titans fault . Slade doesn’t see it that way and his beef w the Titans is personal. Slade is like a “Bobba Fett/Geralt of Rivia” he’s a super soldier assassin who works alone and only comes for you if someone puts a price on your head .
