you can really tell slash is having a rough time, the guy hates speaking to groups and is really struggling with the passing of hies dear friend, respect
Damn man, I've never heard a bad story told about Lemmy. Everyone talks about him as a real bad ass rocker, but someone who was still polite and a true gentleman (as Paul Levesque points out in his speech). What I find amazing is how many careers were launched because of Motörhead. Truly one of the most inspirational, honourable rockers in the world. RIP Lemmy.
Lemmy reminds me of a lot of guys the generation above me in UK. I am a northern English working class man. The friendliness, ego less manly man and a great sense of friendship and humour is what you get. Sabbath, Priest, Slash, Lemmy, Maiden...all proper working class English lads...good humoured, sweet spirited and not at all “rockstars.”
It would appear everyone in the hard rock and metal community loved this man. A true rock and roll individual who loved life and lived it on his terms.

His voice used to be more higher in the 90's. Back then I thought he had a really low voice but I was surprised when I first heard him speak. Haha. I guess it was from aging.
Crying and feeling devastated does that to your voice 🙁 his voice is still pretty similar to his younger years if you watch any interviews with him over the past few years. A bit deeper and scratchier for sure but not all that much at all really considering the beating he gave his body over the years. So Glad he is still alive and kicking somehow haha. Thank goodness for that pacemaker!. RIP Lemmy, a good fucking soul you were... still are!
Slash was in d MOTORHEAD video "I Ain't No Nice Guy" doing d solo. & Lemmy was duet by Ozzy. RIP Lemmy. The Father of Speedmetal. (Even if they never claim themselves as METAL.)
Watching this video made me remember something I had for gotten over 35 years. I met Lemmy backstage at an Ozzy concert. It was the first U.S.A. Blizzard of Ozz tour. Wow can't believe I forgot that.
Years ago , a friend of mine worked as a roadie and he got the chance to meet the band....Lemmy invited him in for a beer and chat! He told me he was very nice (called a spade a spade!) and had a great dark sense of humour...a very genuine person.
Lemmy a legend. First time I saw him was supporting Hawkwind in Bradford 78. Saw Motörhead about 12 times before classic last up lem/Eddie/ Phil broke up. Classic band!

A lot of god bless here, strange how although Christianity is so uncool and looked down upon now we still in the back of our minds wish for a higher power. Hearing slash say god bless gives me hope and I'm not very religious.

If I remember correctly, Lemmy and Slash were born in the same English town, about ten years apart...? If that's true, maybe there's something in the water----but there IS only ONE Lemmy (a fact that not even death can change).
