So happy to see my boi visibly pog at the existence of not only a sequel to his favourite game, but also at the fact that he continues to have job security.
I had a very similar reaction when I found out, but I agree with others that it’s genuinely heartwarming to see our favorite content creators reaction to knowing they get to keep doing what they love for the foreseeable future. I also believe that the devs likely know how popular the game is on streaming and will therefore cater to that crowd quite thoroughly. Excited to see what the next 3-5 years of FrostPrime videos entail!
it could be like what The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth was to Flash Isaac, an addition of a ton of new content as well as a revamp of the art. Also a new game is more hype than a new expansion.
Having the label of early access doesn't necessarily make a game bad, you can point to some recent Nintendo games that had next to no content on launch but gained a lot and yet did not have the label of early access, then you can point to early access games like Hades and Hades 2 or pubg back in the day as great games despite early access
