Finally dive into the Boondocker belly pan radiator install so that I will have extra cooling this winter after having chopped off 7 inches of the tunnel.

Definitely post another video to let us know how these mods went. I would never try these myself. Being a hammer and nail guy I fix things by hitting them. Doesn't ever work out with that method. Pray for snow.

What temperature did you see on the trails with it on vs it off

Nice install video. So was this mod worth it? Did you notice a change in temps?

Thanks! Yes there was a definite improvement in the cooling temps.

I'm also curious just how well this worked. I ordered 2 kits today for my 800 and 850, hoping they're a big help.

I definitely noticed a good improvement with cooling. It is super rugged as well and held up well which I had been concerned about.

Still having good luck with this cooler? My RMK 850 gets too hot I’m checking this out

Yes this definitely helps out with running noticeably cooler on the trail rides into the mountains. Also it held up well even when tree bashing. No leaks.
