I want to start off by saying that I was recently hit by a sudden and overwhelming sense of fear anxiety and deep depression, one that made it difficult to have any sense of positivity hope or reason to carry on. My friend had told me about asmr videos and I found this video once. On a particularly difficult day when I just couldn't stop crying or find the will to carry on I hit play and allowed myself to cathartically cry and listen to your words until I fell asleep. For the first time in months since then, I was actually at ease and back to my former self. Now, this video is my go to calming down helper and gives me the right frame of mind to live my life. I see all the comments and know that everyone else is saying something similar but if I didn't take the time to write out and share how I honestly feel now thanks to you I would never be able to forgive myself. You've helped countless people in the space of only 31 minutes at a time. From all of them and myself to you, thank you.

This one hit the spot. I had a nervous breakdown today and couldn’t stop crying and feeling overwhelming sadness. I induced myself with this recording and took a nap. I woke up feeling like a million bucks. Still amazed. Thank you 🤘🏽😷💛

I hope you're doing better now. If not, please know that PTSD and panic attacks can be fully cured with homeopathy. Seek out a certified homeopath to treat you. There is hope! You can be healed fully.

Was struggling with heartbreak for a long time until I stumbled upon your channel. I have tried a lot of guided meditations or hypnotherapy online and nothing worked except when i found you. I sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart as you are a lifesaver. Your voice works magic in my brain. I dont think I can thank you enough - ever since i ve been watching your videos, i am feeling sooo much better- and more peaceful and calm. Would you kindly also do a meditation to quit smoking? I have trouble falling asleep. I've tried several different meditation and sleep recordings on RU-vid. This is the only one that works for me thus far. I always fall asleep before it ends. It's now my go to sleep recording.

Last night before my final lawschool exam, I was very stressed. I listened to your recording and it put me to sleep for 5 whole hours... I usually have troubles falling asleep even when calm. I can't thank you enough. You are amazing.

Such a amazing soothing voice I suffer with mental health & terrified to go to sleep incase I die. I also suffer alot of other phobias due to other illnesses. But since listening to you I've become less fearfull and able to sleep. I've recommended you to alot of people in my recovery group. Well done keep up the good work x

Before you go to sleep ask/pray to the higher being of your choice to watch over you while you sleep, and sleep knowing that your subconscious is also always taking good care of you while you sleep. It has your back always, especially while you sleep. Don't forget to try some of my other recordings too and I will be making something for anxiety conditions soon as well. Take care of yourself, take time out just for yourself and do activities that relax you, stay away from media/propaganda as that is there only to keep people anxious. Wishing you peace and blessings

Thank you Lina. I am going through a hurtful divorce and this has helped me to remember to stay positive and happy. Last year, I lost my Father, my Uncle, and my Aunt as well. We all deserve to be happy, but sometimes we forget. Thanks for the reminder. I hope that your days will be filled with happiness and love.

Hello Barbara! I don't know if you'll see this comment or not because you posted your comment a while back, but I still wanted to reach out to you and spread some positivity and well wishes! I'm really sorry to hear about your divorce and the loss of your family members. Although I've never been married, I have people close to me that have gone through divorce and it was pretty bad. It's kinda made me skeptical about ever getting married, but I haven't found the one yet. I've also been dealing with deaths in my family that have been devastating and very difficult to come to terms with. I lost my Grandfather in 2012, my Pa Pa in 2014& my Aunt in 2016. I have really bad anxiety, depression& I ruminate badly. I understand how hard it can be to stay positive, but I'd like to pass on some techniques that have worked well for me. I make a list at the end of each day of the things I'm grateful for. I'm talking things as simple as cheese flavored chex snack mix to being grateful for my family. It's really helped me see what I have in my life versus what I don't have or what I wish I had. I also journal on a daily basis. I just write down my feelings, how my day went, fears, worries and I do my best to balance any negative situations with things I did to see things from a positive perspective. I use affirmations a lot and if I'm unable to say them out loud at the moment, I run them through my head. I use the serenity prayer some, too, but mostly I say that I'm calm, I'm happy, etc. I do meditate daily and I try to use meditations that focus on mindfulness. When I catch my thoughts going to fears& worries, I'll close my eyes, breathe in deeply& I scan my body in my mind. I bring awareness to any tension and any relaxation I find during that body scan. My therapist showed me a really nice breathing exercise using drinking straws. You place the straw in your mouth, place your hand on your chest close to your heart and for 30 seconds breathe but concentrate on only breathing in and out through the straw. Afterwards, see how you're feeling& repeat the same exercise a couple of minutes later, but do it for a whole minute the 2nd time. You can repeat it as much as you'd like& it really does calm me down& helps me focus on my breath. I really hope you're able to find some peace using these methods to relax& be more positive. Just know that although we don't know each other, I'm sending you my best wishes! Take care!

Thank you so much, I'm only 15 but I go to several councilors and therapists for my depression, anxiety and insomnia, yet none had really helped. I really love this because most meditators constantly say 'depression ' and it is really frustrating because it just reminds you over and over again that there is something wrong with you. You don't do this you just say anxiety or self confidence which I really like xx

I have chronic depression an anxiety due to a break down I'm 27 I'm also on anti depressants I suffer with insomnia also..i found these videos by chance an they have actually helped me an my partner who's recently had cervical cancer so times are really low an hard on us as a couple an we both have nights were sleep doesn't come easy so to have these playin while we try an relax really does help thank you x

One of my main triggers, and it's a trigger for a lot of people with depression, is to equate clinical depression to sadness. When she did this it gave me a feeling that she couldn't relate to me and didn't really know what she was talking about at all.

Love your videos. I especially like the one for insomnia - the story is very, very soothing. I would love it if you did another long story like that for sleep. You're terrific.

i can’t wait to listen i just had a huge panic attack and i almost sh relapsed i found this and i haven’t gotten far but i already am close to having a steady breath again and my heart rate it slowing down so thank you good night everyone i may update tmrw if it worked goood for the rest but tbh i probs won’t remember anything from tonight

This started to help reduce my anxiety, i did however encounter another issue after 3-4 sessions, I imagined a major office building as suggested then you informed me I can enter the building as I am the manager, I got arrested for breaking and entering the office building! as i was 100% certain i was in charge of the building for real

... helping me from time to time. You say for anything more serious consult my doctor...he really doesnt care that much; appointments are once every three months, ten minutes time frame, and one subject per appointment. Anything more serious, see your doctor but ask to see a professional in the mental health field...they have the knowledge and experience.. just a thought. Thanks again. On, Canada here

Hi Lucy...This recording may be helpful/bring temporary comfort, or be used in addition to therapy. For ongoing issues it's best to see a doctor for a referral to a mental health professional. If you're not happy with your doctor, or level of care, perhaps try another doctor? Wishing you much healing x

I've had three years of daily wanting to die, when an incurable brain disease appeared and began taking my life away one piece at a time. Praying for good results, it did put me to sleep quite quickly twice tonight!

Lina like always your guided sleep meditations are best online , one recommandation though, your voice alone would make a stronger impact ,some melodies are either depressing or disturbing during deep sleep in our subconcious minds

I have an extreme anxiety disorder. I'm only 16 so my doctors can't give me meds cause it could make me depressed and suicidal. I also suffer from Chronic Migraines, and I am currently undergoing Botox treatment for that. I have a verrrrrrry hard time sleeping cause I feel like I'm dying all the time. you're videos help alot. THANK YOU

Thank you Katie, I'm so glad to hear my videos are helping. I remember having 3-4 day migraines as a teenager, it may have been hormonal but I would be unable to move from the pain. I would sit there and cry when it became unbearable but that only made it worse. I soon realized that the only way to make it a little better was to try and remain as calm as possible. If I can just suggest to relax as much as you can when you have the migraines and/or anxiety. Remember to take deeper breaths and exhale. Pay attention to your shoulders that they are not tensing up, if they are then drop them so they relax. This will help a little, and focus mentally on the word r-e-l-a-x until you get through it. Keep seeing your medical professionals and take care.

Katie Lester I second the question, which country do you live? Your age should have no baring on whether you're able to be prescribed medication or not, but in western society pharmaceuticals are far more prevalent. From experience, I know that children as young as 6 years old whom are currently treated with pharmaceuticals for various conditions. Perhaps it's a change of doctors you need, but I'm speaking from a USA/Canadian Healthcare standpoint, if you live somewhere else this may not apply.

Glen Corbin I live in Virginia, United States. my neurologist told me there is nothing else they can try. the botox didn't work. my mother is currently under the process of finding a different doctor. we were going to go to a hospital in Philadelphia, but my insurance won't cover out of state visits. so we have to stay in state.
