If you’re finding it hard to get to sleep or stay asleep, it can be frustrating and exhausting. In my clinical practice, we combine solution focused talking therapy with hypnosis to help clients overcome many emotional and physical struggles which are caused by or made worse by anxiety or stress. It’s a powerful combination of psychotherapy and hypnosis which means change can happen in a relatively short period of time. Unlike traditional counselling methods Solution Focused therapy focuses on the present and the future in a positive way, how you want things to be, rather than dwelling on the problems of the past. Thinking about life in a positive way helps rewire your brain, an integral part of the process because it helps build new healthy patterns of behaviour which means you'll be less likely to dwell on things in life, breaking the often-debilitating cycle of negative thinking and anxiety.

About Me - I’m Andrew Major, qualified and accredited Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist specialising in Solution Focused techniques, a highly effective form of therapy which helps clients with mental and emotional struggles. Practicing in the UK since 2018, I’m passionate about the work I do to help clients make the positive changes to overcome mental health issues.
I completed my training with the renowned Clifton Practice, the leading Hypnotherapy training school in the UK obtaining a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, (DSFH) and I also completed and was awarded the prestigious Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD), considered to be the ‘gold standard’ hypnotherapy qualification accredited by NCFE which has measurable learning outcomes that have been benchmarked at Level 4 (using Ofqual’s Qualification and Credit Framework). I’m registered with professional bodies, (AfSFH-Reg, MNCH-Reg, CNHC-Reg, MNCP), and I’m committed to the highest standards, following a professional code of conduct.

You have the best hypnosis/meditation voice I've ever heard ( and ive heard a lot). Keep up the great work. Would love to have a 1 hour video.

Really one of the better guided hypnosis I have tried. Calming voice combined with effective visualization steps down to calmness 🙏🏻 One thing I hope you can fix in this video is a sudden high sound from the microphone. It made a jump in my heart rate.

Going through a phase of falling asleep when l go to bed but waking, every night, at 2/3 and not being able to get back to sleep…..finding this so good. Thank you Andrew.

Thank you so much this helped me last night. I was exhausted as I had only 2 hours of sleep the night before, got out of bed (so not to disturb my husband) & listened to this I fell asleep & went back to bed & slept the rest of the night. I have consequently been able to enjoy today.

I couldn't sleep last night. I ended up having a massive panic attack (I don't have them often). Apparently the steroid and antibiotic that I'm taking for bronchitis is not playing nice with my normal mood stabilizers. This file was really helpful. I'm happy that I found it exactly when I needed it.

This video is unbelievably good. I used it during the day and was so deeply rested it felt like I’d had several hours of sleep. Used it again and didn’t even realize I’d fallen asleep. On my third listen! I’ve subscribed and hope to see more videos like this!

I have recently came across Andrew's you tube content, I have to say that I find this and other meditations exceptional amongst other hypnotherapists on here. It's early days but I can honestly say that I feel these meditations are contributing to a subsidence in what small anxiety symptoms I endure on a daily basis..

You need to make a lot more hypnosis videos Andrew. This is pretty profound. Your voice is incredibly relaxing. I listen to videos every single night to put me to sleep and have over time found a few favourites. I like doing different subjects depending on my mood or circumstances. At the moment it's teeth grinding videos! I like the short 30 minute ones by which time I am well away. I have subscribed.

I believe I fell asleep 10 minutes in. Ny fitness bracelet showed that I had a solid 1.5 hour of deep sleep immediately after falling asleep and overall quality of sleep was higher than that of 99% of users on the app😉 I am not sure how accurate it's measurements are bit I felt well rested in the morning. Thank you!
