Hi Tansy I just wanted to say I listened to your sleep hypnosis for the first time last night. Usually I have terrible insomnia and try to take Benadryl or whatever I can to sleep and nothing works. after listening to your video I cant believe it I feel asleep like a baby!!! I personally prefer the shorter ones as I tend to fall asleep really fast through the vids, but 8 hours wake me up. Different strokes for different people I suppose :)

Switch off auto-play I would recommend. Otherwise unfortunately RU-vid changed the ads they play to always play now at the beginning and end of videos, creators can now only control mid-roll adds (which I obviously turn off).
