Many people mistakenly believe the law of attraction is simply visualising what you want to achieve. While there is some truth to that, the real secret is changing your energy and vibrational state. To manifest successfully, your vibrational state now must match the positive vibrational state you would expect to experience when your goal is achieved. In other words, we attract in the future what we feel and experience now.
A consistent theme in most of my videos is the concept of bringing your mind away from the past or future… and back to the present. And this holds true in this video. Very often, it is the negative emotions associated with looking backwards with regret and remorse, as well as looking forwards with fear and apprehension that make it difficult for us to switch off and stop our minds spinning, especially late at night. When you are able to bring your mind into the present, you release yourself from those emotional burdens and distractions, and your subconscious instead can divert its attention inwards and towards helping you achieve your goals.
When listened to regularly, this hypnosis session can also help reduce anxiety, stress and other stress-related issues, such as insomnia, OCD and depression. Also, when you have a full night of quality sleep and rest, you will be better prepared to face life's day-to-day challenges in a more positive, solution-focused way. Yes ! I too like the longer videos ! There are a few channels on RU-vid that I like ! It's obviously a personal thing , but I think that you have one of the best voices for this type of video on the whole of RU-vid !

Just want to say thank you for this particular recording. It takes me hours to fall asleep just lately due to some serious anxieties. With other recordings I can’t relax simply because I know the recording will end and you will be gone. It’s great to just know you are there all night. Thank you again so much.

Thanks for this. Me and my brain aren't doing so well, and I'd rather just skip tomorrow. Thinking about it makes me cry. So hopefully sleep and giving my brain and emotions a rest will help, because, in this case, tomorrow is unfortunately going to suck.

Nick, usually it takes me over an hour to fall asleep, and I usually wake up about 3 hours later. I played this video last night with my computer on a sleep timer. I feel that I fell asleep last night in only 5-10 minutes! I slept for about 7 hours, and then all day today, I was in a silly and good mood! THANK YOU!!!

I have insomnia an no matter what I do csnr sleep:( I've taken saraqual trazadome qn melatonin nothing working on Mt end only got three hours of sleep
