I have written this sleep hypnosis and sleep guided meditation to help you quickly relax, fall asleep fast and stop overthinking at any time, especially before bedtime when our minds tend to race, so that you can enjoy your best deep night's sleep by reducing anxiety and negative thinking.
This 90-minute deep sleep guided meditation and sleep hypnosis focuses on using the power of the breath to self-soothe and self-calm ourselves to reduce stress and anxiety. We all have the power to control our emotions and stress levels simply by changing our breathing patterns.
This video and audio track also contains a selection of powerful positive suggestions and language patterns to improve your confidence and to send you off to a blissful night's sleep in a happy and productive frame of mind.
This track blends guided sleep meditation, self-hypnosis and positive suggestions. It is designed to help soothe and quieten your mind as well as to reduce the harmful effects of overthinking at night. When you are able to stop your mind wandering into the future or into the past - especially when doing so creates anxiety - you are able to access your subconscious mind. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in the trance state.

I have PTSD and suffer from night terrors, wake up screaming. I have tried very many sleep meditation videos and yours is the only one I have never heard the end of! I fall asleep without knowing it. You work magic! My dreams are not as bad (still not good) either. I still wake up tired and feel as if I have been thru a battle sometimes. Even so you do better than anyone or sleep meds ever have. I have been there. Sorry for that. But have you considered a therapy? ...... I hope so .. I also have ptsd been in therapy for almost 2, 3years now..its working. Its just a matter of time. Hugs and all the best

I also have PTSD coupled with horrific night terrors. I went to an amazing rehab facility in Nova Scotia where they taught me meditation and I came across these sleep hypnosis and meditations on RU-vid and it has drastically changed my life...for the better!! Find someone who practices in Crainium Osteopathy. I used to suffer with Hynopomic hallucinations and night terrors. It's pricey but 4 NT in the last four years due to this xx Good luck.

It’s been 7 full days of knocking out like a light. I’ve had insomnia for 3 years now. I still take my sleep prescribed meds but it has definitely helped me get deeper sleep. I m grateful how it just happens. You make me believe in the impossible!

How wonderful to have a sleep companion like this - his youtube videos are the best because they go to black screen almost immediately - I've tried others but the screen stays bright with either video or photos of fields or flowers etc., and that makes my room way too bright - i don't want to have to put a sleep mask on in order to sleep, to me, that defeats the purpose - but with Nicholas Wright's guides - it's amazing - it's like he sees inside my head and knows why I'm troubled and can't sleep and what he says is so soothing.... I find I'm asleep VERY soon after he starts and with the dark screen, my room is dark with just his voice guiding me. I'm going to be traveling soon without access to youtube and he kindly emailed me audio versions so I can put on my phone - I don't think I can sleep without him... thank you Nicholas.... I don't think you have any idea how much help you give us all. Sleep is SO important, and prolonged fatigue can be disastrous - you're so soothing, know exactly what to say, give the right encouragement and well... zzzzzzzzzzzz

I listen to only this video every night and it puts me to sleep without warning. Such a delightful voice and it just works for me. I tend to overthink every thing at bedtime but this helps me to stay focused on the voice and the words an next thing I know it’s time for work lol I’ve never fully finished the video.

WOW!!! I have only done a handful of guided meditations in my life, last night I couldn’t sleep was so excited for my trip. I started this and was out within 5 minutes after or less and really did wake up refreshed!

I've been listening to a lot of different guided sleep meditations looking to get some kind of Intelligence or Enlightenment And I learned A lot with this meditation! I've learned to find my inner Bliss and stay in the Now and just take everything as it comes without worry from the past or the future. I have healed my Creativity Chakra (Solar plexus) through this beautiful meditation. I've really been trying to figure out whether I was visited by an Angel last night that has given me such Enlightenment & actually had a real presence of Divine Energy or if I was just Hypnotized into believing I was visited by an Angel 😇 Either way I've gained a lot of perception from this experience and I will take the knowledge from this meditation and use it in my everyday life💖 Thank you for your Beautiful words! I look forward to listening to you later tonight to revisit such a Tranquil, Beautiful, Healing State💖🌱🌿🌻

Hi Kaylyn, thanks for taking the time to write such a thoughtful message. I’m so glad you enjoyed and benefited from this session. I often think that the best blessing is being able to live in the present. It is something I believe everybody struggles with at times. My philosophy now is to only reflect on the past if it enables me to take learnings that I can apply to the future. And as for the future, it only makes logical sense to look forwards through a positive, solution-focused lens. Not always easy, but the more you practise this, the easier and more intuitive/instinctive it becomes. My best, sleep well, Nick

Nick, I am a first time listener, and already am finding myself completely intrigued by your calming voice. I have subscribed to your Chanel and have given a 👍 to this video. I am looking for positive dream scapes to induce my lucid dreams, and I believe I have found your guided meditation as I was intended to. Nothing, I believe, happens by mistake. As I search in my quest, oddly enough, this video is the only one that I have ever commented on. As with any guided meditation, the length of time and repetition in listening to the audio will undoubtedly make the hypnosis stronger. Do you agree? Couldn't do more than 15mins the ocean sound was too loud. I've been awake for over 24hrs as well.... I'm desperate to sleep I so hoped this would work. It's good it works for others.

Being a parent, I usually wake to every little sound but with this sleep meditation, I can sleep through my alarm set up in another room. So, be careful. This is how I was late taking my kid to school. No joke, this really works for people with sleeping problems. For good measure, I also put a cup of water under my bed.

It's a positive start but still giving a chance to try calm my thoughts that flash all night like how I failed and became a lost person at 50 just wish life would end for me I can't offer any more I'm a burden to family worked for over35 years.then one day I wasn't myself any more so just start for me I'll try anything to get my will back.electric therapy name it .failed to get me back to myself

Thanks for watching and commenting. You can get hypnotised - every time you watch a movie or read a book or drive a long distance you go into trance. The best way to go into trance is to assume you’re in trance already, open your mind and don’t consciously resist. Hope that helps. Sleep well, Nick.

I suffer with horrible migraine headaches, for over 20 years now and sleep is very important. That is usually the only thing that will work, even though I have meds to take they can't fully work if I don't sleep, they will last anywhere from a few hours to my longest one was 41 days, NOTHING WORKED! Now that I have found your videos, I have been getting some relief! Actually quite a bit, I can take the meds, lie down and listen and I usually will drift off to sleep. At first I only seemed to sleep a few hours or sometimes just a few minutes, but I have stayed with it day after day and now each night at bedtime. I have been getting several hours of sleep a night and that is helping a lot with the migraines. Just wanted to say thank you and that I am glad I ran across your videos one night! Even though I still wake most mornings with that ever present pain, it is much more bearable to make my day pass and if it gets to that point of no return I now have your videos that help more and more everyday! Keep up the good work, it has made a huge difference in my life, a life that had for many years seemed like I didn't even have one. Migraines take your life over when you have them daily, you miss out on your family and friends and you just feel like every day you drift a little further away. So I want to say THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN! I have a few normal days again and I think I will be having more with the use of your videos!
