In this sleep meditation, you are visited by your 4 angels or spirit guides, each of which comes with a different purpose: peace, love, hope and wisdom, and protection. The angel of peace will unburden you from anxiety, returning you to calm again. The angel of love will alleviate any shame, self-criticism, or low self-image, loving you unconditionally. The angel of hope also brings wisdom and will guide you to a conversation with God, Source, or the Quiet where you can ask any question you wish. I know the feeling. A presence can be disconcerting but that is our human reaction. Ask them a question next time and be sure to set in place your intention to only attract love and light, what is good, that which has your highest interests at heart, or whatever words you choose. A mantra before you begin will keep you in a good place :)

I had a dream that 7 angels wrapped their wings around me. I was standing in a room with my back against them one buy one they wrapped their wings around me it was a beautiful feeling I felt so much love and healing. .💓. Two days later I was diagnosed with breast cancer Im nearly finished my chemotherapy treatment. I have responded well doctor cant feel it anymore. Angels gave me the feeling I will be alright and I was never alone going through this Journey... Love your channel Sarah you are the only one I listen to I find your voice soothing and healing.💓

Could I just say "thank you" to you. Since I've started listening to your videos, Iwake up in the morning feeling truly refreshed. I also feel like I'm dealing with some very deep, dark, repressed issues of self-hatred. I love the way you speak. After giving my phone a couple hours long rest because of this virus that's been going around making people go crazy turned it back on and receive this really refreshing notification. it's been awhile since I haven't slept wake up late go back to sleep that I've forgotten all my worries lol because of this virus and all the negative news surround it this video is well worth it. I am very sceptical, but I wanted to try a session I never did before. I found myself fighting the angels because where were they when all the bad things happened. But then as I was falling asleep I saw something startling in my mind. Startling enough to alert me. When the tape was finished I turned my screen off which usually turns off the tape. The music kept coming. I was afraid it would wake my husband. I went out of RU-vid, shut off my earphones, turned my phone totallt off. The music persisted until I finally ignored it and went to sleep.

I am afraid. Of being not good enough. Of being a demonic person. Of being insane. Feeling I don’t have anything to offer the world. I fear that I am going to hurt everyone around me and keep myself away from people as long as possible. I feel like a monster. When people ask me if I am ok I lie and say that I am ok. I can’t trust people, even my own family. I’ve expressed thoughts that my family (sister mainly) have abused, and still does. She now just does it behind my back, condescends me, well everyone does. They retort to “this is all in your head” or “she’s just trying to toughen you up.” I also get complained that I am too sensitive. I’d rather cry with saints then laugh with sinners. They can say things like (finally took you long enough to learn that skill). I don’t get anything for working hard on passions. They say that I should put time on things that will actually make me money, even though I know I could make money off them. Ya know. I want to run away however don’t have the finances. I also fear finding the wrong people (as in becoming a criminal) and all these fears keep coming on up, I fear I will become an evil person, even though I appear to be a happy person. I wonder if I am ever gonna do anything with my life. I am loosing a un-winnable battle here. I wish I had my optimism an ounce, hope, but my mind and past events keeps dragging me further away from what I used to be.

Why is it everytime I meditate I have horrible nightmares. I just had a dream where my 8 year old daughter was abducted right I'm front of me by a man holding a gun to her head and it took us a day to find him and once we did he had her In his 18 wheeler and jumped out with a shovel and said we were too late. It was horrible. But I alwYs have bad dreams falling asleep to meditations.

It can be a sign that repressed memories or attitudes are coming up. Usually after a while they fade as they are processed and released. I'm not sure how long you have been listening to meditations but maybe start with my Meditation to End Nightmares and Night Terrors, you can find it in the Sleep playlist on the playlists tab of my channel
