My Guide helped me understand that where I need to be is where my heart is, and I should walk in the places where I feel safe and content. There I will find my new home. It’s always been where a I grew up, where family were born lived long and died. Where their earthly remains were laid to rest. It’s more than a need or a desire. For me it’s a powerfully healing thing and when ever I think of walking here, I just have to take in a long relaxing breath and breath out knowing, for sure, I have always known where I belong. I’m lucky, I have a home so many don’t even have that natural luxury. My home in my ancestral home is on the way. Yipeee, I’m on the way home at last.

Tried this for the first time ! Fell asleep saw a white parakeet in a cage as I got closer to it it turned into a bright white light and I woke up . I could feel the cloak all over me !!!

My go to for late night panic attacks or 2 hour crying sessions. Always turn this on to sleep, haven’t recalled a meeting yet but I always feel so much safer and like everything will be ok while listening, thank you

I find that I tend to doze off during these, but wake up once it is over. I feel very relaxed, even if something happened or not. This time, I saw a small greenhouse with hedge walls and a glass roof. The doors were a light brown color, sort of like gates. They had a silver metal handle with designs engraved in them. Inside was a garden, a bench wrapping around a tree with magenta cushions, and a bookshelf of my favorite books. My guide looked to be a kitsune, holding a long stick with a lantern hanging off of it. She had such a kind smile. She didn't speak, but rather signed. I'm afraid I couldn't understand what she tried to say...we stargazed for a bit before I returned. I am hoping to be able to understand her one day, so I can find out what she tried to tell me.

Hello and thanks a lot. My experience was I had light pink cloak on, the light came in and stayed as it came; a little round light that came straight at my forehead and touched it. At that moment, as i was physically in my room lying down, a character of a human with half dog face, wearing light green polo shirt and white pants was looking at me and saying I was ok and I will get everything i want. At the moment in my mind, i kinda stood up and looking at a golf field where the same character was playing golf and looking at me. In the moment, i saw a lady dressed so well and wearing a hat, the same lady got into a horse car, kissed a person who was already in there and both left on the road that had trees on the both sides. Sometimes i had impression the lady was me, but i was still there watching from behind as they were leaving. When the voice came up, it scared me so bad that i had a feeling i was already sleeping. I believe this was me first meeting with my first spirit guide. She was more ethereal than human and she told me her name and why she was with me. She had a long cloak herself made of the earth, flowers,Moss, liken, mushrooms, butterflies and dark hair. I would like to do this again.

I have been using this BEFORE and NEVER had any issues. Why did i get negative entities, last night??? No joke, they were throwing things at me and I said NO NEGATIVE...

I got bored after 23mins and shut it off, BUT after falling asleep and drifting off, I was hearing a voice loud and mostly clear in my head/ears talking to me and I knew for a fact that it was one of my spirit guides!😁 Of course I couldn't remember what was said to me, but the only thing that I do remember it saying was that "we do not consider ourselves gods". Then at one point it started saying this really fast alien gibberish and after every sentence, my body would vibrate intensely! The best part about it was that it felt as if my astral body was hanging outside of my physical body and that I could move around freely and even open my eyes if I wanted to, but I didn't move nor open my eyes because I didn't want to miss a word that it was saying to me and accidentally wake myself up...although I can't remember the message anyway🤦🏾‍♂️I then went straight into a few dreams (non lucid) and in one of them I was listening to a really nice song in portugese at a cafeteria, yet I do not speak the language but recognized it because it was similar to Spanish...now that I think about it as I'm typing this, my mom's dad is half Cape Verdean🤔 I've never experienced anything like this and I'm hoping to meet my Spirit Guides as soon as possible or even get another verbal message like that again. I've GOT to try this again in it's entirety.

I don’t know whether I’m making it up or not because I felt fully conscious and I was imagining all your suggestions the whole time, but when I first opened the door, I saw a lady in a pink gown and realised it was Mary queen of Scots from the tv show reign (lol) who I just conjured up in an attempt to meet my spirit guide. Then I don’t know whether this was my own thought but she took my hand and said I’m not your spirit guide, but I can wait with you till you fall asleep or they come. They might not come but you can always feel them. So I was just holding hands with the tv show character Mary queen of Scots, and I felt comforted, and also deeply sad, but not a horrible sad but like a release. And my thoughts flashed over to my sister, and I thought that’s my mind drifting. And then I thought of my sister holding my hand, and I got really scared she had died but then (again maybe I thought this up) she said she was my sister’s higher self. And yeh, felt sad and happy at the same time but also part of me thinking, that none of it is real. I almost cried though. Thanks, as I always struggle with visual meditation and this is the best experience I’ve had with it so far (I usually feel uncomfortable and can’t visualise anything) :)

I woke up and felt as if I was interrupted and I couldn’t move and it took so much strength for me to use my left arm to grab my right arm and felt as if I broke a barrier that brought me back to reality and now I’m so drained

As I am in control who enters my spiritual guide, I asked God his son jesus and his Angel's to guide me I felt a green cloak. And they grabbed on to my hand as a whole group. I created a castle of my favorite food who've I've over come now. And starting to eat allot healthier and got rid of pizza, the pizza was my castle and inside a bunch of, fruits and vegetables from me eating alot healthier. I served my spiritual guides decent food, I asked for guidance and they said I'll always be by your side when you need us. Never feel alone never feel discouraged, we always give you opportunities for growth as a human.

These visualizations always are just begging me to write about them, so here’s my experience with this one: My cloak formed around me; it’s silky, soft fabric a mixture of dark blue and purple. shimmering gold and silver bits dotted it, like stars in the nights sky. I saw a rather untraditional house when I walked towards it. I was walking through a jungle/rainforest. Rain came steadily down from the sky, but as if by magic the drops curved around me, leaving both my cloak and body dry. Thunder sounded out periodically through the night. I saw something that caught my eye; a pool of water. This wouldn’t normally be noteworthy, but this particular pool was different. It had no leaves floating in it, nor dirt muddying it. I watched as leaves fell from the trees flanking the pool. They fell through the rain and every single time before reaching the pool would drift off to the side, as if they knew the pool was to be kept pristine. Off to the side of the pool, in the ground were two dark brown, wooden doors with black metal handles on them. Wet leaves covered the doors, so if you weren’t looking for them, you might pass over them without even realizing they exist. I opened them up to find stairs that led me down into the ground. I took off my wet shoes, left them at the top of the stairs then headed down. The room was a mixture of comforting grey and white colors. After entering, off to the left side was a bookshelf with all of my favorite books. Also on that side was a nice bed and a hammock. In between the shelf and the bed was a small table with a kettle, and all of my favorite teas. A steaming cup was already prepared and sat there ready for me. On the back wall were various pillows and blankets to sit and lay on. There was a place to make a log fire, but my cloak provided me with enough warmth to be comfortable. To the right was something pretty stunning; a full wall window overlooking a bowl shaped mountainside covered with jungle/rainforest vegetation. Mist filled the area outside the window, so my vision of the area was limited. What I could see was a somewhat steep rocky path leading down the face of the mountain; the climb seemed dangerous, but I knew I wouldn’t do it alone if I did. I somehow knew that it lead to a sandy beach, one where I could simply sit and listen to the ocean. I could see and hear the rain gently coming down, with the muffled sounds of thunder piercing through every once in a while. The most stunning part of the room was right in the center of the room. There was glass on the ceiling, right under the crystal clear pool. I could look up through it and see the jungle trees. As the moon rose above the trees (it was lucky that there was an opening in the thick jungle trees right above the pool), the light rays that it cast shone through the water and through the glass casting an ethereal feel throughout the room, almost as if on the ocean floor. The view warped as drops of rain struck the surface of the pool. Right under the glass was an area in the shape of a square. two small stair steps lead down to the area (which was covered in a soft, comforting carpet, perfect for laying on or sitting on), so when you sat or lied down in said area, you were slightly more in the ground. I took a seat in the area. That’s when I sensed the light at the door. I sensed it’s benevolence, and allowed it to come through the brown, wooden doors. I’ve met with some of my spirit guides before, but I’d never seen this one before. It was a falcon that carried a lantern in his beak. They came down the stairs and they perched on a piece of wood that hung from the ceiling near the area which I sat. I explained that I had a stressful day ahead of me, and they told me that no matter what I’m doing, no matter how insignificant it may seem, they told me that they, and my other guides, even the ones I’m yet to meet; will always be there for me, watching over me in whatever I do. That’s when I turned around to see that my other two spirit guides, a leopard and a peacock, were sitting on the pillows and blankets that lay behind me. They truly were all watching over me. The falcon then came and perched on my arm, allowed me to touch its head. Needless to say, I’ll be coming back here for future meditations :)

Namaste ` I listened to this amazing meditation for the first time last night. I usually prefer a male voice to fall asleep to. But I must say that I'm very thankful that I found your channel. It's the very first time that I was actually able to see a something that didn't look demonic. What I did see was a lot of teepees, but very blurred to the point where it almost resembled wallpaper, only in 3D. I don't think it was an accident that I found you. I'll be listening to it every night for as long as it takes. You have a most special gift and I feel blessed that you are sharing that gift with us. There are very few that I am able to connect with on the spiritual realm, and you are one of the 3 that I listen to. I'm looking forward to exploring more of your meditations in the near future.. I just finished listening again tonight and the first image that appeared was a green eye with fur around it,reminded me of part of a wolf face. The next object that appeared was a tree limb with a fresh point just whittled on it. I think it was being presented to me,but not really sure because it was dark, there may have been something/someone in the shadow, then there was a reddish glow and the 'arrow?' was laying on a tree stump. All of this happened on the journey to my safe place. Can't wait to see what happens tomorrow night. ❤

My spirit guide was cloud with lightening. It kept giving me a dark blue stone that at one stage turned light blue

Thanks for mentioning and including protection in this video. I've been nervous about trying these meet your spirit guide videos, I'm new to this sort of thing. I know better than to mess around with an oiujia board as you can invite in and come across nasty entities. I'm guessing you could unintentionally do the same with these. I would like to try this as I would like to be able to protect myself from encountering anything really negative.

The house looked like a painting on the outside. Inside it resembled my grandparents house in Venezuela...right down to the smell and sounds of cooking arepas. My spirit guide is my sister. I prepared a bowl of cereal for us to eat lol. As I opened the door to let her in, she had on her rainbow moonstone ring, her cloak was green and she had a green butterfly fluttering in her other hand holding the lantern. She walked into the living room where in was sitting and the feral cats that visit my patio came in behind her and sat next to her on the chair. My shiba Inu, Saki, came in behind her as well and I immediately started crying. She was so happy to see me! I couldn’t believe it! My sister said” rabbit, gematria, and 5D” and I knew exactly what she meant. We suddenly transformed our physical bodies into kids again and ate the cereal, played board games and laughed like 2 little girls again. It was amazing. Thank you for this.

This temps me to write so here is my story and version of this meditation. I have a silk white cloth with a soft touch to it and suddenly it turned into a tosca blueish cloak with a golden hem to jt, I was walking over a soft spring season forest, at first I didn't really know what was I supposed to see, I saw a fountain first, then I was surprised by the narrator asking for what colour of the door was it and how was the handle. Long story short I panicked and looked around for a door and found it. I walked in inside, at first I saw a vase with a purple flower, I have no idea what it meant. Then after all the decorating my guide came, I met him before, and emotions always overwhelmed me when I looked at him, this time I could focus on his appearance, so I asked him about the meditation I had about god and goddess and he said it was a false god, like an impersonation. Then I asked him which god or goddess should I try to contact and he said Hestia almost immediately. He actually drank from a glass wine and I asked where did you get that and he said, "you already provided me with it" I was having distracting thoughts, and he helped me by imagine a white glow on your forehead and gets bigger/brighter each time i breathe in and when it felt enough it will go through your body and give you sense of safety and calm. I talked to him about things but keeps getting interrupted by my thoughts, we were kind of in a position in a bed where you would cuddle since I was panicking that I'm gonna lose my concentration and so we hugged and he said just breathe in, and I did, he smells like the fresh flowers, and some hint of sweet, maybe from honey who knows. And when we were told to say our goodbyes he stood up and kissed my forehead, I forgot what we were talking about and he said "My one and only soul" And i felt overwhelmed yet again. In the end he made a clone of my cloak, i dont know how and he wore it as he head back, holding the lantern from before. When I locked the door, the shape of the key kept shifting and that's the story of my meditation. 👌✨ PS : I just remembered when the narrator said they held a lantern in their hands I realized, its not only that is glowing but also my guide and he had white wings! He told me that he could make it appear and disappear at any time he wants

Can we meet our loved ones who left us wid this meditation.. Do anybody harm us as I have heard that some other souls will harm

I listen to this everynight i havnt met one yet but the belief and soothing voice of the girl who narrataithe it is so beautiful. Does this mean i dont have a spirit guide or can i just not meet them

sos!! so whenever i try to do this my body relaxes, all of my muscles go limp and allow my physical self to relax, and i start to think it’s working because i feel some sort of ascension but the i get this panic in my chest it’s like this burning sensation that screams at me and tells me i HAVE to move so i end up jerking upright 😰

Is it possible to meet your spirit animal in this? When I entered my house I was met with a cute black cat who greeted me. And also can you meet more then one spirit guides? At first I saw a black and red shadow, that would be perceived as creepy but actually calmed me.. then when I asked for advice it morphed into what looked like an angel, then someone who claimed to be a lover from a past life, and then a beautiful women who said was my great grandma. It was a beautiful experience and they told me to stop feeling so guilty for things and to focus on loving myself and spreading light to others. My angel also took me to space looking down on the earth and told me that no matter what purpose I have in life even if it seems small, I’m connected to the entire planet and even the smallest actions can have a ripple effect on the world....

I havent been listing or doing things like this for very long.. maybe going on 3weeks now and last night while listing to this... when the vision of my spirit guide came up to thr door it had bright light around it and tall.. but when it came inside, darkness came over it and there was this tall darkness shap was like a human but im not sure if it was or not.. I didnt feel fear or anything... It makes since to me in a way because i have always had something following me as a child till now.. good and bad. But i anyways.. just thought id see what someone else thought about this..

So the light became me. It was me but and I look like a knight with silver armor. She didn't say a word and didn't really communicate with me so I ended up just kind of sitting there. I'm not sure if I made this up myself though, I sort of feel like I did. I wasn't able to finish the session because suddenly my eyes sprung open on their own and I wasn't able to get back. I will definitely be trying this again later though!

Whenever I met my guide and invited him inside, I began to feel really dizzy and like I was spinning. He was very tall, it was hard to make out his face, but he was very angular? Idk how to describe it, and had a very rough looks. He sorta looked like he was wet but his clothes were dry. A scar was on his face, but for some reason I couldn't make out where it was. Like I knew it was there but I didn't know where, I think it was near his mouth. It kind of scared me, I didn't feel anything negative. It was just because I started to feel dizzy. Is this normal? I'm kinda scared now ngl.

Okay so one time I was listening to a binaural beat for my pineal gland and it got really intense and the colors I was seeing was green but it was a ton and it made me feel like I couldn’t breathe, I brought myself out of the state and my body was uncontrollably shaking and I know I have a bad spirit in this house hold. Any suggestions or information on what happened would be appreciated

As I was drifting deeper into a meditative state, right when I located my safe haven and felt the fabric of the cloak, a blue circle that felt very real hit me right in my mind’s eye and another one bigger in size repeated the same kind of motion. Visually, it looked like a nuclear explosion...It took me off guard and I had to open my eyes. Any explanation?

pace was too slow for my taste I kept getting disrtracted in thoughts.

I was told I am free to do whatever. This beeing that came to me gave me a flower, a ring and it transformed it self in to a small crystal. After thinking about these three items, i put the flower in my hair and the ring on my ring finger., since it was a marriage ring. i didn't know what to do with the crystal, so i carried it around, until it was time to leave. I kissed the crystal and it transformed back to its previous form. Said I wasnæt ready for its meaning or something. I don't understand this dream... Or my meeting with my guardan angel. I am starting my second year at the university next week. I am single and nowhere near meeting any one to share my life with.
