I too like a lot of the comments. I'm struggling with homelessness and no heat in my car (for 8 yrs). I never thought this would be my life 😪. I live solely on SSI income & in my position, I have to jump through a ton of hoops to keep it and food stamps. 😞 I'm so extremely overwhelmed with so much negativity. If you have trouble sleep ing, while listening to this music breathe in hold it for 7 counts breathe out ...do all while holding the bottom of your stomach... do this twice your about to fall right to sleep I was amazed this exercise works to put you to sleep. But don't forget to pray. One time I couldn't sleep and it got so late, I said Lord can I just get fifteen minutes if sleep that fifteen minutes felt like a whole hour praise God and God bless and be with you all always 🕊️

Sometimes our mental health gets the best of us. Keep fighting stay strong. I was at a time where I was literally ending my life and an angel came to me and said its going yo be ok. I said no i have panic attacks for hours at a time every day. I cant do it anymore. I feel like i’m going crazy. I am so scared all the time. My angel said I promise it will be ok. And my angel held me all night, and kept reassuring me. It will be ok. You can get past it. We all have angels out there. Pray to them. They will come.
