Hi sir I Am sleep comes automatically in the day time. Example working time , riding motor bike on road , watching TV , when eating food also this problem facing from school time . from 5 th standard . Now I am 32 old . give me a best solution sir.

Dr. Rajiv, I have one question related to dreams, which we see during REM stage when we're asleep. Do dreams actually have a meaning ? If yes, then, my question is, if an individual see, hear, feel, things which are peculiar, in their dreams and the individual realise, how weird or strange it was sometimes after actually waking up. What meaning does this convey ?

Sir, I am suffering from insomnia since last 20 years. I am taking anti depression medicine. My career got spoiled. Main subah 12 baje se pahle jaag nhi paati. I am taking 15medicine daily since last 20 years. In year 2000 I was engineering student. I was unable to complete my degree. Today I am helpless, hopeless divorced single mother. Please help

Sir I don't feel a good & comfortable in morning. Seldom sir I wake up early in spontaneously 3.30 am in the morning since last 6 day .sir I do not want to take any sleeping pills. Dear sir Whenever I sleep, I always in dreams. Like if I sleep in the night,while I sleeping the dreams began start and they were endless.and also when I sleep in the day I face same problem. Sir what about the recent noble winner study which correlate the sleep pattern with the genes... I feel like I am a night person.. I assume that when I sleep late and wake up late then only I feel fresh.. While it is so much difficult for me to wake up early in the morning.. I have tried this whole my mbbs and 11 12th but I am not able to wake up early.. Please explain it somehow because I really want to wake up early and do study 😂

Sir I am suffering from chronic insomnia From 2014 this sleep problem started and now in 2021 my problem going worst day by day Till now I am not started any sleeping pills due to fear of side effects my age just 26 sir I am in dipression from years due to this sleep problems.feeling fatigue every day My eyes are blurred and eyes paining.sir I am belongs to very poor family.sir I am a graduate And very positive about my future But sir this problem making me looser.sir please help me.sir my oxygen levels checked and its normal and i don't have any chronic deseases i am not smoking not drink alcohol sir I went several times to phychiartist they prescribing me antidepressants madicens but I don't have sleep.

Neend na aane ki sabse badi wajah hai physical exercise na karna, agar aapki body tired nahi hogi to neend nahi aayegi ya neend 2-3 am ke baad ayegi jab aapka Mind puri tarah thak jayega...neend do hi condition mai aayegi either your mind or body has to be fully tired. 🙏🏽

Benzo are generally prescribed for anxiety and they come very later , standard treatment is SSRI's and SNRI's .... stopping abruptly can lead to withdrawal symptoms but u can gradually decrease the amount with taking Ashwagandha , mentat and bramhi

Hello Sir namaskar i can't fall asleep sir i can not sleep ,i didn't sleep from 3 months , i try to sleep so many hours with closing my eyes but i can not sleep , when i close my eyes so many thinkings comes on my mind autometically , i try to do exercise to feel sleepy but its not working..now a days sir i am feeling weakness ,food is not digesting stomatch problem sir please what happen to me help me please doctor😪

You are becoming mentally weak because of mental stress or you believe a lot in waste things related to ghost.... Do meditation and try to understand that tension sabhi ki life me aati h... Lekin it's not too much important to give that things too much priority.. try to see what good things you have in you and in your life.. and keep practicing it

Sir mujhe puri raat nind nie aati ..... Jab mai mushkil se so bhi jaun...... Toh bhi 2 hour nind hi lgti hai...varna max. 3 hour usse jada nind hi nie lgti... Itni hour hone ke baad pata ni...neend kudh hi khul jata hai....sir please koi solution btyiye es ko lekr........🙏🏻
