I've been using waders and an minnow net to catch shrimp and have been wanting an paddleboard and pool leaf scooper , which pool nets are like 14 ' long , and hopefully the paddleboard will work with an cast net as well , as wading you can only go wading in areas that are heavily traveled otherwise you'll sink in the muck . So I think an paddleboard would definitely increase my range even if it's not the more advanced fishing paddleboard . I don't think we have lobsters here in NW Florida but I would imagine an really long net would keep someone from having to go underwater unless they want/have to ; which you mentioned in another video of freediving & spearfishing of how you'd rather not and would prefer an barrier between you and wildlife or are you no longer afraid after doing it many times ? After watching a couple of videos of yours I decided to seriously look into buying a paddleboard and maybe some underwater lighting system to see what's underneath at night but not sure what color though .
