Sliding dovetail zero clearance insert

This is a very easy mod to the original sawstop zero clearance insert, by using a sliding dovetail joint.
The advantage of this is it's very easy to make than other DIY zero clearance inserts, and you can make as many as you like sacrificial inserts in minutes to be used with different size blades.

Hi, i made the inserts in winter, its summer now, they are getting a bit loose. Might use some polycarbonate next time. The depth is about 7mm, and 32mm from the left. Hope that helps.

Thanks. You dont need riving knife when cutting thin strips that requires zero clearance insert.
