MIZI!!!! You’ve done it again, this was fantastic! I havent left comments before but wanted to take the chance to say thank you so much for all your workout videos. You are so beautiful and I love your active wear too. Thank you for not talking like the other instructors do and advertise loads of stuff and just staying genuine. Eat frequent but less portions. Try to avoid food that make you “trigger to eat a lot” for few weeks. Later on you can eat that slowly when you can have a better self control. This is one of my technique. 🙏😍❤️
