trying this!! (im 13, on a diet and doing other workouts for my body so im expecting faster results) day 1: i felt rlly refreshed and my cheeks got a bit red but no results yet

Combined this with other 45 minutes Workout + 10 floor/mat Abs + 6 Minutes floor/mat Abs Workout (Twice!) - feels good! Abs and side are absolutely shredded and pumped! Super exhausted lol 😅💦 😴
