I could literally spend my whole wage here haha!! I wanted to share my favourite Slimming World items that I always pick up from Poundland. It is such a good shop to go to if you're running out of low syn goodies or if you're looking for some kitchen essentials to help you cook all sorts! :) Following the Slimming World plan can be expensive with the amount of fresh foods, fruit and veg we need to get, but places like Poundland always come through to help us with the cheap syn items. I hope you guys find this video useful and I'm sorry in advance to your bank balance as I know you guys will probably be wanting to get your bums to Poundland haha!! Although ten items will only set you back £10 I suppose so... sorry not sorry! Let me know if there are any other SW related videos you would like me to film. Love you always, C xxxx

This has helped me so much with Syns ! And I am in absolute shock that snaps are 3.5syns!! I always thought they’d be high in Syns because of how good they taste so I am super happy now!!😆

Ughhh Eeewww it is the measurements on slimming world. You get free foods which you can eat unlimited amounts of, healthy extra A which is typically a dairy product which you used to get 1 a day but they have just changed it to 2 a day, a healthy extra B which can by like breads or seeds etc which you get 1 a day and then food you syn and you get a 15 syn allowance a day

Please do be careful I have friends who have been on slimming world over the years but I am staggered as to how many things they eat that contain so much sodium and chemicals...all those preprepared, prepackaged foods. That is a real sin!!!! Things like in salad dressings etc. that contain Xanthin gum, it is used in drilling for oil.

Thats not a healthy mindest at all, no food shpuld be viewed good or bad, its your overall diet that determines ypur health and weight. Most processed food you buy will probably contain an abundance of ingredients some of which may potentially be found in harmful substances however this does not mean it is harmful. Slimming world encourages members to eat a mostly wholefood diet focussing on lots of fresh fruit, veg, potato, lean meats and poyltry but you get 200-300 cals to spend on what you wish, this could be a bit of chocolate, mini biscuits, snacks, you don't have to use it on treats, you can have bit of bread, almond butter etc. Anyway it's not really a diet, it encourages you to focus on a healthy diet with a few treats, it's called balance 👍🏻 🍎🍓🍕🍔🍰🍟🍩

This just popped up on my watch suggestions so it is the first one of your videos I am watching. I'm really confused though. Why the bloody hell are you doing Slimming World??? Looking at your face, neck, shoulders and arms... You do not need to be at Slimming World. You are stunning and look really slim! Don't get me wrong, as a fatty who needs to go back to Slimming World, I am very grateful for this video, but you aren't remotely chunky. You are perfect just as you are. 💕💕💕

Hello, thank you so much for your comment- I really appreciate it. I am on Slimming World because I have lost 4 stone and I am maintaining my weight loss. So by following Slimming World I managed to maintain my weight :) It is a healthy lifestyle change and if I do not follow the plan then I may go back to old habits and gain the weight back. I really appreciate your sweet words, they do mean a lot. Xxxx
