Good evening all, she is a late upload - I apologise, internet wasn't playing ball today for us. Here is another one of my favourite videos to film, a good old what I eat in a day on Slimming World. I have also been filming some SP what I eat in a day videos which will be uploaded soon as requested, but for now here is a normal day following the extra easy plan. I hope this gives you some inspiration for the week ahead and maybe you can use some of the meals from today in your weekly meal plan.
