You’re right Danielle it is all in the preparation, I also find I have to write my food down just entering things on the app doesn’t seem to focus my mind the same as actually writing things on paper x
Danielle if you buy the Aldi chicken in white sauce at £1.85 it's only 1.5 syns for the whole can. It's lovely if you fry some onions and mushrooms and add the can of chicken in white sauce it's lovely, you can also add broccoli and cauliflower to a can of it and some cheese, add it to cooked pasta and toast some wholemeal bread and make it into crumbs, mix with some cheese and after putting chicken and pasta mix into an oven proof dish, top with the breadcrumbs and cheese mix and bake until piping hot. Really lovely meal. Hope you get the results you want. I've been unmotivated for a while because my brother is seriously ill and he had to be resuscitated a few weeks ago so I took some time off. I went back last week but I've only lost half a pound. With having health and mobility issues I find it difficult but I will keep trying. I will be drinking more water too. Hi! Thank you for this video, as I really needed it. I was counting calories and then after losing about 20kg, I was just eating healthy as I knew roughly how much I can have during the day. Then it started - having treats more often, sometimes not eating enough, trying to skip evening meal - which results in eating some crisps, sweets etc and having more calories. I put on weight, about 2-3kg so it is not end of the world but I am back on track. :)
You’ve done so well with your weight loss journey! It can easily catch up can’t it. Sometimes it’s great to reflect and see what you can change to make things easier. I hope you have a fantastic weekend lovely ❤️
Great video as always I really appreciate how honest you are. I have been on my Slimming World journey coming up on 1 year next week but I seem to have lost my mojo recently and I'm struggling to get it back. I am going to try what you suggested and have a think about my reasons for joining in the first place and hopefully rekindle my love for plan. I think you should go Auburn, be nice for Autumn 😊

I totally get you whenever I go off track my self care goes I think I just get overwhelmed and cannot be bothered with myself then it like right I need a make over I usually cut or change the colour of my hair ( I then always grow it back and go back dark 😂) but giving yourself a pamper and feeling good is always gonna motivate and put you in the right direction 👌🏼

Aaww, I know what you mean with the identity crisis. I went through a phase on not wearing make up and all I wore was joggers and t-shirts ha! But I bought a few nice things from Shein and joined the gym. I know you said you're not working out, but I felt that it was something just for me. Esp having 4 children myself it is just nice to swim or something by myself. You're lucky you still look beautiful without make up and I'm very jealous of your hair. Thanks for the video as always ❤
