@@dragonslord6377 Corey's been depressed his whole life, at this point he'd never met his father and Coreys only recently seemed to get over the Trauma of his rapist when he was 10, there's a whole array of other things but that's the jist of it
@@dragonslord6377 he had an insanely rough upbringing, and always struggled with being understood, which is where the music stems from. during self titled and iowa he was constantly upset/depressed/angry which is what made the music so genuine
Not that I wasn’t a huge Jim fan before I saw this. But he’s ascended in my eyes for treating a fan that way. Let alone a kid who will never forget that.
I can't believe both Paul and now Joey, the literal heart of the band have passed. Hope they found peace. Thank you for being inspirational to me musically growing up as a kid! Joey is the reason why I am a drummer today.

Stewart Ross Keep in mind this was on 2003, they went on official hiatus in 2002, they hated each other, so that is why the all moved in to the houdini mansion and Vol3 was born
He was asking him to sign an autograph for him and Corey shook his head. Then later in the video you can see that they walked up to the crowd so they probably signed their shit.... and gave kids popcorn :P
The movie came out in August 2003, so this was a few months before Corey tried to jump off a balcony (which ultimately led him to stop drinking). Don't blame him for looking pissed off cuz this was a really rough point for him, and the rest of the band for that matter.
@@MrParkerman6 why make up a suicide attempt? I believe he admitted in the loudwire video that he was drunk when he did it, which is why in the therapist he said "I only seriously attempted once"

I'm late af but that wasn't his real hair at the time, he didn't like how his dreads were affecting his hair so he severed his dreads off and stuck it on the actual mask
As much as we all miss this Corey and the bands aggressiveness, I guess you can’t stay hating the world forever. Well you can but Corey moved on and that’s good, so is it weird to miss him like this? I think they should have never shown their faces, the mystery seemed really cool in their early eras
i look back at corey here with what i know now from what he shares on his stone sour acustic sessions...it is not as cool as it was ..the man was in a dark dark place...
Joey has seemed too be like craig now, ive never seen him out socializing with the fans and much on alot of footage of now. When i saw them last year, he just tossed his sticks and walked off in a snap while everyone else was still out, he beat craig off stage.
That's so strange. That was in 2003 probably during when Jim and Corey were with Stone Sour. In an interview, Corey said him and Clown didn't speak in months. Maybe they spoke to each other here? Anyway that's so so cool to see them in 2003 again before they worked on Vol 3.
I remember when this came out. This was the last I saw of the Real Slipknot. I had great times with this band in their prime though 1999-2003 was the best time!

@@etangbose4755 Yeah it hasn’t aged well, to be fair I still think some of the fight scenes where pretty dope and I’ll watch it from time to time for nostalgia.
